Absolutely wonderful hotel, we stayed in a lovely balcony room, the room was clean and comfortable, staff are kind and helpful. Would definitely come back if in Kunming.

This location is fairly accessible to all the tourist spots. The hotel room is spacious as we booked a family room that has two beds that sleeps 4 comfortably.

The hotel's front desk staff and floor cleaning staff are very enthusiastic, attentive, warm and considerate! The hotel's service items are very considerate, and the supporting facilities are also very complete. The only drawbacks are: the sound insulation of the hotel room is too poor, and guests talking in the corridor seem to be in the room; the sound of water flowing in the sewer pipes when taking a shower upstairs is so loud that I can't fall asleep; there are rats running around in the ceiling of the room, making a thumping sound.
