訂的大床房去辦入住跟我們説沒有大床房沒有大床房平台上為什麼掛着？人住啦進去房間裏面一打股刺鼻的味道甚至牆皮都脱落、退房時候我們就超時了20分鐘不到就收我們40塊錢超時費？合理？

訂的時候衹有一間圓床房了，設施：淋浴間下水有點慢，靠背背面有破損；衞生：衞生一般，床單耍槍弄棍有些污點，房間外的酒店過道地毯臟。
