總結：一：衞生狀況差。二：沒有電熱毯很冷。三：老闆娘態度差。四：發生問題時，平台介入很麻煩，消費者沒有保障。第一、房間環境與平台發佈的圖文不符。第二、衞生狀況很差，燈開關都是污漬，牆紙脱落，床頭很臟，衞生間地上都是污漬，牆角很臟，地毯也很臟，公共衞生間都比這好。第三、老闆娘態度差。入住後發現圖文不符，我與老闆娘協商換房間或者退房，老闆娘拒絕原因是我已入住很久，並且住滿沒有房間（當時入住十幾分鍾，肚子很餓，我下來吃飯，打開訂房app查看，發現與平台圖文不符。後面我回去酒店看到其他房間空着）協商不一致，老闆娘直接掛我電話。第四、**。老闆娘拒絕換房後，我申請平台介入。平台説老闆娘拒絕退房換房，平台也沒辦法，説要補貼我10元。我拒絕了。平台建議我繼續入住，因為老闆娘不退房，損失的是我自己。要等到第二天，客服才打電話過來：承認是平台放的圖片不符。

房間小，東西都沒地方放，衞生差，廁所臟，地板臟，玻璃臟，基礎的牙刷都沒有，廁所和床是連在一起的，而且窗户關不上，車輛一輛一輛飛過去，根本不用睡覺了，從來沒有住過那麼差的酒店

地理位置離昆明站很近，雖沒有前台服務，房間乾淨整潔，物品一一件不少，體驗也不差，再來昆明繼續住這裏的。

酒店在小區住户中間的一整層，房間還行，有熱水，老闆老闆娘都很好，讓人安心，但有煙味，外面可能看着東西有點多，當房間是整齊的，是鑰匙鎖可反鎖，我的門有點卡鑰匙，配風扇，給的房間是比照片上低一級，最差的不是獨立廁所，整體不錯，適合男生

房間與價格十分不匹配，設施撿漏，就是平時的旅社而已，卻打着酒店的幌子，一個晚上都在失眠狀態，太吵了，房間衞生非常不達標，甚至還有前客人留下的牙刷都還在，煙灰缸都沒洗過，我當時沒退房已經是給它面子了，一晚上躺在床上身上奇癢無比，都抓破了！反正到昆明的第一晚過的非常糟糕！是怎麼好意思把旅社的環境收着平時在外面酒店的費用的！
