Excellent staff with pleasant personality. Well supported during entire trip. Everything is perfect and most important safest for the female kids.

Receptionist and his manager has shouted can check cctv they were neither talking properly nor giving any response room were not clean and bathroom. So pathetic stay was will never stay at galaxy in future and will suggest to my friends not to stay. Mm t do take such type hotels under your booking. Shower was also not working

Rooms not clean, bed spreads not changed, bathroom not cleaned properly. One room changed after our complaints. Room no=428 disturbance due to bus horns from bus stop next to hotel. Could not sleep. Room changed next day

Room was fine but staff was very unprofessional and i was surprised when suddenly i reached to my room after dinner there was 2 room service boys was present in my room without any information this was not acceptable

Too sound of bus stand as well sevice staff not share hanger. No network in tv, hot water cattle not replaced, staff not responding

We found that property location is extremely good. Hospitality of hotel is quite satisfactory. E prefer in future stay.
