A great perk was the free access to the Etihad Towers observation deck, offering panoramic views of the Abu Dhabi Presidential Palace and the coastline."

"Sara was the receptionist during checkin and she was very friendly and allowed late checkout on request. Free valet parking is available. The room was spacious, clean and aesthetically very pleasing. The breakfast next morning was one of best I have had - good variety and very tasty. Even during checkout the concierge and other staff were friendly and trying their best to help with our luggage. One of my best stays in Abu Dhabi and highly recommend Sheraton Khalidiya to everyone."

"The room is spacious, and the balcony directly overlooks the Presidential Palace and the Palace Hotel. It's very convenient to go and have coffee at the Jinbo Coffee. The night view is stunning. Service: They provided a free extra bed. Towels are available at both the pool and the beach, and the water is warm and soft."

"I really like this hotel, and this is not my first time staying here. I always choose it because I enjoy the overall experience. However, there are a few issues that I hope can be improved. The air conditioning in the rooms never seems to get cold enough, which makes the room uncomfortable. Also, the room has an unpleasant smell, and the pillows and duvet don’t smell fresh either. Another issue I experienced was with the room lights. They were too bright, and I couldn’t make the room dark enough at night, so I didn’t feel comfortable while trying to sleep. I hope these issues can be addressed because I genuinely enjoy staying at this hotel and would love to continue coming back."

"Great location and excellent service. Housekeeping was daily, and they provided a bathrobe, iron, and ironing board upon request. The hotel itself is a bit dated, but everything was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the room was spacious. The breakfast selection was quite limited, but we didn't leave hungry. For fruit, they only had apples, watermelon, canned pineapple, and peaches. The pool was small but heated. There are plenty of cafes and a supermarket nearby where you can get a good meal."

"The hotel is located in the old town area of Abu Dhabi. The room was quite spacious. We arrived around 8 PM and checked in quickly. We were on the twelfth floor, which offered a nice view. It was my first time seeing toilet paper folded into such a cute bow 🎀, so I took a picture. I asked for an extra duvet, but they brought two blankets instead. You have to contact the front desk to get disposable slippers; they weren't in the room initially. Overall, it was clean. There's free parking, which was very convenient. The price was much cheaper than in Dubai, yet the conditions were better and the facilities newer. There are plenty of dining options nearby. Highly recommend!"

"Excellent hotel. The staff are polite and always happy to help with any queries. The rooms are good and spacious. The windows don't open, but in January, even with the AC off, the temperature was comfortable – neither cold nor hot. The ventilation system worked well. We slept great; the mattresses were good and not worn out. Breakfast was a bit sparse, but you won't go hungry. There's a Burger King on the other side of the hotel building. The beach is a 30-minute walk away, and on the way, there's a WTC mall with a McDonald's."

"Overall, it was okay. The first room we were assigned was on the 16th floor and it was incredibly noisy, right below the air conditioning units. I'm not sure why they would put guests there. We called to switch rooms afterwards. I highly recommend asking for a room on a middle floor; the AC noise upstairs is really loud."
