This is a beautiful place. The rooms are like those on a good cruise ship – small, but cozy and clean, with everything you need. The hotel itself is built on the water, by the pier. Breakfast is served on a neighboring docked yacht, and it's a rich and varied buffet. There's an affordable dinner cruise option, though it's not available every day.
The hotel isn't far from the airport; you can get a cheap taxi. However, getting to the airport on your own is tricky. You'd either have to walk 3 kilometers along the shoulder, through a tunnel under the sea, or take a luxury transfer from the Marina up to central Abu Dhabi.
For tourists who prefer using public transport (which is quite cheap and convenient in Abu Dhabi), getting around from this hotel can be challenging as the nearest bus stop is two kilometers away. But if you manage to get there, all of Abu Dhabi's main attractions are close by. Ferrari World, Warner Bros. World, the aquarium, Yas Mall, the race track, and the Marina with its luxurious yachts are all just three stops away.
The only downsides are the noise from the race track and the constant take-offs from the nearby airport.

The only minor drawbacks were some noise on race days and the occasional closure of certain restaurants for renovations, limiting options slightly. This airport hotel has an excellent location, just a 5-minute walk to the terminal, and the shuttle bus is also very convenient. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with soft bedding and good soundproofing. The 24-hour front desk service is attentive, and the breakfast, though simple, is hot and fresh. One of the best hotels I've been to. Large spacious rooms. Excellent service, very nice staff and a perfect location to go to the nearby theme parks like ferrari world. Only issue is the shower head either has super hot water or super cold water, no in between.

Location is great for anyone keen on the Yas Island theme parks - which worked out well for me. Otherwise, it might be a little far-off. It was not as easy as expected to hail a taxi on my own, hence thankful for the help from the hotel reception in this regard. Otherwise, there is a Yas Island shuttle bus stop just outside the hotel, though its schedule might not fit. Nothing to fault on service - all requests and questions were duly attended to, though somehow it just lacked that personal touch. All essential amenities are provided, and facilities are comprehensive. Will recommend the hotel for theme park enthusiasts, and/or those who would appreciate a bit more tranquility.

Place is good generally. However a few issues stands out. At reception check-in, they will ask you to email them your booking details or take a photo of your app booking. Please remember to hide certain private details ie. Trip.com pin number as that is only for our personal use. We waited about 1hr for checking almost 3pm the usual check-in time although many people were checking out earlier. When we entered room, bedsheets were all wet. It didn't dry properly, both beds were wet. They helped us changed. Then the lights short-circuited, they need to reset. Then the toilet choked. The flushing mechanism can be improved, it gets stuck when you press the button and flushing is not smooth. breakfast was decent, limited options for mains. Overall, it was passable. But for Yas island hotel and brand name of park inn, we expected a lot better. Similar to a budget hotel vibe

Firstly, the YAS bus was unreliable and did not follow the schedule as indicated. The hotel staff led us to wait for the YAS bus at a bus stop which was no longer in operation and after waiting for 30 mins we gave up and took a Careem instead.
Stepping into the hotel, it felt like an extremely overpriced airport hotel. The amenities provided were just a vanity kit and a shower cap. No other amenities. Compared to other hotels I've stayed in Dubai which provided mouthwash, loofah, shaving kit etc. The room itself was small, no rain shower in the toilet and the bulb in the toilet light kept flashing.
The hotel breakfast selection was limited, the only saving grace was the eggs benedict. Hotel gym is also small, we went during dinner where there was nobody and had a great workout there but can't imagine if there's more than 5 people in the gym due to the size of the gym. Steam room wasn't working by 7pm.
Hotel came with 2 parks access for 2 days but still did not justify the price and the amenities in the room. The only thing I had no complains about was the service from the staff which was impeccable. The WhatsApp service from the concierge was also great as they responded almost immediately to help me with my things.
For this price point I expected alot more which this hotel did not provide. I've stayed in motels with better amenities and really does not justify the $700 SGD per night price point.

GGuest UserThis hotel is located within the Etihad Towers complex, famous as a filming location for 'Fast & Furious 7.' It offers stunning views of the eight-star Emirates Palace Hotel and the Presidential Palace, especially from the hotel's 74th-floor observation deck, which provides a beautiful 360-degree panorama of Abu Dhabi. The lobby features a high-ceiling design and live piano music in the evenings, creating an elegant and sophisticated atmosphere. The large pool connects directly to the beach, with two or three restaurants conveniently located nearby, adding to the comfort.
The guest rooms are situated on higher floors and are quite spacious. The floor-to-ceiling windows offer uninterrupted views of the sea and the buildings across the way.
The service is warm and meticulous. Staff proactively greet you and are always ready to help with luggage or call a taxi. They truly strive to assist with any request you might have.
Walking to the Presidential Palace takes about 15 to 20 minutes, which was very convenient for us, being seniors.
The buffet breakfast offers a wide variety of dishes. Highlights include fresh-squeezed fruit and vegetable juices, propolis, and a DIY chocolate skewer station, which was fantastic.
The hotel's Italian restaurant serves authentic cuisine. The pizzas, baked fresh in a stone oven, were exceptionally delicious (unaffected by the strong flavors sometimes found in Middle Eastern cuisine). We ended up dining there twice.

SSam.TOur family had a pleasant three-night stay at VOGO Abu Dhabi Golf Resort & Spa from 29 December to 1 January, enjoying the comfortable facilities and beautiful golf course surroundings. Overall, it was a positive experience with a few areas that could be improved.
The hotel provides valet parking, which is very convenient, especially when traveling with children and luggage. Most staff we encountered were polite and helpful, although service quality can feel inconsistent at times. One minor disappointment was the check-in experience: the receptionist shook her body in a dismissive way while speaking to us, which did not match the professional standards expected of a five-star hotel.
Our room was spacious and generally clean, with the highlight being the lovely golf club view from the window, which made our stay feel relaxing and resort-like. Cleanliness was acceptable, with housekeeping keeping the room in reasonable condition, though not outstanding compared with some other luxury properties.
On the first day, the pump of the shower gel dispenser was not working, which was inconvenient after a long day.After we left a note for the hotel on the second morning, the issue was fixed promptly, and the dispenser worked properly for the rest of the stay, showing that the team is responsive once informed.
Breakfast was good, with a nice variety of options including Middle Eastern and international fusion dishes that suited both adults and children. A special thanks to Ms. Getrude at the restaurant: she was very caring toward our child, spoke to her warmly, and even remembered our daughter’s name on the second day, which made us feel genuinely welcomed.
Overall, this resort offers a relaxing golf-view environment, convenient valet parking, and a good breakfast selection, making it a comfortable choice for families. With some refinement in front-desk attitude and more attention to small in-room maintenance issues, it has the potential to deliver a consistently five-star experience.

I had a wonderful experience at Copthorne Hotel. The location is super central, close to Corniche and major attractions. The rooms are spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with great city views.
Staff were incredibly helpful and professional from check-in to check-out. The breakfast buffet had a good variety and everything was fresh. I also appreciated the pool, gym, and free parking.
Excellent value for money – perfect for both business and leisure stays.Highly recommend!

AAlleneThe hotel is clean but it is like a condo or flat type of hotel…but it is nice anyway. The food is so yummy with a lot of choices. For the location, it is about 15-20 minutes walk from Al Wahda Mall & so, it’s a bit far. Better to ride a taxi if you have a luggage because it is very hot outside esp. during the mid day. It is near anyway, in all the tourist spots of the city. At night as well, you can hear the music from the bar and also the sound of cars passing by outside.
The staff were so friendly, helpful & accommodating. For the service, I find it excellent. We had a pleasant stay in this hotel.

GGuest UserNice hotel for its price for 1 night stay. Location is quite close to Louvre, which was my point of interest in Abu Dhabi. Though it's far from airport & Grand Mosque (1 h by bus). There is a supermarket nearby. My room was quite spacious, but windows dirty & impossible to open (only air conditioning to cool down the room), also very strange window in the bathroom with pigeon (see photo)) but overall clean (except the curtains and hole on the blacket). Fridge & teapot working, though a bit old. Shower gel, etc provided. Hot water without problems. I had breakfast, there were omlette, vegetables, fruit, desserts, smth fried - ok to eat & go. Quick wifi. But it seems like there is a nightclub in the hotel, I heard a bit of music late at night & sound of the road in front (though my room was on 11 floor). I was very tired so it didn't stop me from sleeping well)
