"The club lounge female staff is very friendly and heartwarming. She provided me such a big plate of sandwiches and sweets. On the other hand, the staff for breakfast in Ginger should be more motivated and considerate. Location is a big disadvantage. If you want to go to the mosque by taxi, you have to pay 20AED even though it is so near coz of detour. The cleaning is quite thorough, which is a big plus."

"Lovely central location. Viva and Carrefour supermarket just a few minutes walk if you need some snacks. Burger king opposite. The rooms are very clean and spacious. Check-in took less than 5min. Staff is friendly and accommodating. Breakfast is good but can be very good with some minor changes. Many places to eat. I had their coffee and lava cake...mmmmmmm yummy. Room service menu a bit limited and very basic. Nothing extra.lovely pool area with a South African managed restaurant on the rooftop. I enjoyed my stay. See you soon Millennium"

"Facilities: The hotel is a small villa complex with no elevator, but it does have a swimming pool, gym, shopping mall, and restaurant. Cleanliness: The cleanliness was quite good; the room was cleaned daily. Environment: The environment was very pleasant. Service: The service was also excellent. Breakfast was delicious!!!"

"Spent at this hotel 4 days, everything at this hotel is worth every penny. Good sized rooms, specious bathroom, clean all over, customer service is excellent, reception is very helpful and friendly, the cafe and restaurant area is excellent, the foods and beverages are also excellent. The pool is great and looks like fun but we didn't get the chance to use it due to the heat. The gym is ok, it can be a bit improved considering it's a 5 stars hotel, but it's more than enough for your average workout. Everything at this hotel is excellent. The only bad experience we had it was nothing to do with the hotel but our next door neighbour for only one night they were on the balcony at 2 am and talking loudly and laughing loudly too. I had to call the reception to get them quite and into a normal civilised hbehaviour. It's just luck, you get low class people in a high class place which it proves that you can't buy class. Would I book here again? Absolutely, in fact I'll book again at this hotel in a couple of months."

"The Shangri-La brand is truly trustworthy. Its Arabian castle-style architecture is impressive, and it's located right across from the beautiful Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque. The front desk service was excellent. My only regret is that I overslept and missed breakfast!"

The view from the window was also fantastic. The hotel breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, catering to multiple international tastes, and was fresh and delicious. The rooms were noticeably small, especially if you are traveling with multiple bags or planning a longer stay. One thing that was disappointing was the lack of luggage assistance service, which would have been helpful during check-in and check-out. On the positive side, the location is convenient, with plenty of markets, cafes, and restaurants nearby, making it easy to find food and basic necessities. The pool area was good and well-maintained, but it was quite crowded because of the holiday season, so it was difficult to fully relax and enjoy the facilities. Another downside was that basic toiletries like toothbrushes and toothpaste were not provided in the room. When we requested them, the staff informed us that they were available only at an extra charge, which was unexpected for a hotel stay. Overall, the experience was average not bad, but there is definitely room for improvement in terms of service and room comfort."

"I loved everything from the valet guys to the check in at the reception, the concierge, room service and Al Rimai restaurant. Special thanks to Paolo at the concierge and Nokwazi at the restaurant. The other staff too were excellent. The best part of the trip for us as a family was the food. We had all 3 buffet (breakfast, lunch & dinner) and the variety of food plus their richness/taste was exceptional. For those who can, try the cold plunge and steam room, really enjoyed them. In all, our stay at Erth hotel Abu Dhabi was a blast and we will definitely return."
