Pros: The hotel is incredibly close to Kaohsiung Station, just a four or five-minute walk away. This is super convenient for anyone traveling without a car and relying primarily on public transport. The staff were friendly and helpful, always enthusiastic to assist with any issues. Their service definitely enhanced the overall experience. Cons: The soundproofing is really poor. You can hear almost everything happening on the entire floor, whether it's from nearby rooms or further down the hall. It seemed like the guests at this hotel were quite late-nighters; people were still moving around, showering, and using the restroom well past midnight. This would be a problem for light sleepers. Also, there are quite a few rooms on each floor, but only one elevator. During peak hours, you might have to wait a little while. Overall Impression: Overall, my rating is still on the positive side. If I'm ever in Kaohsiung alone again and prioritize convenient transportation, I would definitely consider staying here again. Hotel brief: The ground floor has the reception area and a few sofas for lounging; the second floor houses the restaurant and hot spring area; and all floors from the third upwards are guest rooms, with bathroom facilities on each floor.

Overall, it was decent. The location is very convenient. My first impression was a little off because the mattress looked a bit old, but after checking, I found it was clean, so it wasn't a huge issue. The mirror above the sink was also a bit too small. For breakfast, I went down a bit late and there was hardly anything left. I hope these points can be improved.

Finding this room rate on Saturday, with parking and breakfast included, is quite difficult, so honestly, you can't expect too much. Although it's a huge improvement over the previous two nights 😆 There seem to be two parking spaces at the entrance. I was able to park there every time I came back. If you park in a street parking space, the hotel will give you a NT$100 subsidy. The Wumiao parking lot is a franchise, but only one parking space is allowed. Remember to get a parking ticket from the front desk. There's an empty parking space next to the hotel, but it doesn't belong to the hotel. The hotel interior shows signs of age. If you have very high expectations, I wouldn't recommend it. Breakfast is simple but decent. You'll definitely be full, and the taste is pretty good. Great value for money! It's an older five-star hotel, but it's well-maintained and very comfortable. The location is convenient, and the views are fantastic with an open panorama. Safety feels assured, and all the staff are really nice!

The cleaning was terrible; many towels had holes! I even saw a cleaning worker use a towel from my room to scrub the toilet – it was disgusting! Once, a worker even took the plastic bag I used to cover the trash can in front of me to pick up tissues from the table – it was filthy! I stopped him! The room design was poor; the sink was near the entrance, so the floor was always wet after washing my hands, and the water flow was incredibly slow! There was also a lack of hand soap and disposable slippers! The steps to the toilet were very high; it's easy to slip and fall. I deliberately placed a white towel in front of the steps to remind myself that they were high, because falling in a foreign place would be terrible! The hotel's free washing machine was inefficient; clothes were never fully dried! The hotel only had one free dryer, but it was even less efficient; two or three quick-drying items took at least 140 minutes to dry! Cotton clothes would take up to 3 hours! The dryer had to be paused after 140 minutes to cool down before restarting! There were no laundromats nearby! The only advantage of the hotel is its proximity to the Guoyi Elementary and Junior High School MRT station, and the lobby has 24-hour security! The room overlooks a lush green road, but because the bed is placed close to the curtains, it's always difficult to fully open the curtains to see the view outside!

I originally only booked one night, but my plans changed and the hotel far exceeded my expectations, so I extended my stay by another day. The location is excellent, the room is spacious, and the public areas on each floor are beautifully decorated. It offers great value for money and was a pleasant surprise. If I have the chance to visit Kaohsiung again, I'll definitely stay here.

The hotel is in a good location, easy to find, and the rooms are clean. The staff were very enthusiastic and even helped us order food from outside. The only downside was the lack of disposable toiletries like toothbrushes or combs.

The hotel is super convenient, right next to Dali Department Store! However, the room had a strong smell of smoke, like it was embedded in the walls. The inside plastic of the mini-fridge was yellow, and so were the pillow cores! But the room itself was really spacious, and the bed was comfortable. It's just a shame that the duvet and pillows also smelled of smoke 😂. The hotel's location is excellent, and there's a parking lot nearby, even though they don't have a partnership, it's very close!

The hostel is really nice and provide free breakfast (tea, coffee and bread with Jam) The hostel is 5 minute walk from the train so convient and 2 minute walk to 7 eleven Only downfall is stairs if you have suitcase. I manage to bring my suitcase up I was only spending one night here, so I arrived early and left my luggage to explore the city.
