"It's very clean and comfortable, with good lighting and a very comfortable bed. You'll feel pleasantly surprised as soon as you enter the room. The design is thoughtful and the facilities are complete. The surrounding environment is also very quiet, so you can relax and have a good rest. It feels like a pity to stay for only one day."

"Spacious and clean room. With water offer at reception. But the bed and pillow were too soft made my sleep not good, and the wall was thin as I could hear and feel the shake from neighbors. Location is convenient, and quiet zone from Central Station. But one point to note, though there is a metro entrance next to hotel, but the entrance without escalator or elevator, but stairs! It could be hard if you carried heavy luggage."

"Hotel is about an 8 min walk to the train station. There is construction nearby which meant we had to walk a short path in the dirt through a park area but not a big issue. Hotel was clean and beds were comfy. No toiletries or amenities though. Not much to eat around here though (nearest restaurant is near the train station). Easy and simple check in/check out procedure."

"This hotel is located near the train station and is relatively inexpensive. It's very convenient for transportation and there are many restaurants nearby. However, being close to the station, there seemed to be a lot of homeless people around. The hotel itself felt very secure though, as the doors were always kept closed."

"My stay at the Crowne Plaza Hamburg - City Alster was absolutely superb. From the moment I arrived, the elegant and professional atmosphere was noticeable. The room was spacious and beautifully appointed, with a incredibly comfortable bed and a fantastic view. The location is also ideal for both enjoying the beautiful Alster lake and accessing the city center. It’s the attentive service and premium amenities that set this hotel apart. I felt thoroughly pampered and would not hesitate to return for another luxurious stay."

"I appreciated the staff allowing an early checkin before the actual check in time. I got the room at a discounted price during some offer and room was was very neat and clean. There are lot of restaurants near by and its right next to Lidl incase you need anything. Only concern was the location itself. It's about 11-12 mins walking distance to Hamburg Central station and the neighbourhood itself did not feel very safe with lot of people loitering around. I did not face any issues as such but it just felt unsafe to walk on my own at late night. If you are looking for short stay with easy accessibility to public transport and train station etc, you can consider this. Overall it was a good experience to stay."

"The holiday Inn ticked all the boxes so I kept coming back for more by rebooking day after day with added discounts on trip.com. A Good night sleep in a comfy double bed after a late night sauna on 7th floor after a day of exploring the tourist attractions of Hamburg thanks to the convenient train station 5 minutes walk from the hotel. Friendly staff and a tasty all you can eat, breakfast buffet sets you up for a day of exploring Hamburg Harbour and other tourist attractions. Highly recommended."

"Location: Bus stop in front of the hotel. You can reach the central station in half an hour. The hotel is quite clean, though the hotel itself is a bit old. The design of the bedside lamp is very uncomfortable. It’s not on the side but at the back of the bed. You may hurt your head or back if you want to leaning. We don’t have the time to enjoy the sauna or fitness so nothing to share about this."

"Hotel samoobsługowy, check in przebiegł bez problemu. Pokój czysty, posiadał wszystko potrzebne udogodnienia, aneks dobrze wyposażony. Mieliśmy jedynie problem gdy chcieliśmy wyjść to okazało się, że drzwi od pokoju nie zamykają automatycznie. Po kontakcie z infolinią zmieniono nam od razu pokój wiec załatwienie tego przebiegło sprawnie. Ekipa sprzątająca w dniu wymeldowania przychodziła kilka razy przed 11 żeby sprawdzić czy już nas nie ma, co było trochę uciążliwe."
