Be aware that if you book this room for two people, you might get a double bed. Always double-check. For its price range, the facilities are a bit lacking compared to similar hotels. However, there are many amenities nearby, and it's quite close to the subway station.

Too much water can spill outside the shower due to the glass shower door. Also, I would have been happier if I hadn’t seen hair in the shower, but I definitely think it was an oversight as everything else was spotless. The staff are so sweet. Thank you for the hospitality and understanding. It was perfect. 🍓🍓

This hotel is very well located, with a train station, restaurants, and shops nearby. The decor is beautiful; the hotel is a riad, which adds a lot of charm. The rooms are pleasant and clean, and the staff is very friendly and welcoming.

The environment and service attitude are very good, but the hose could be bigger and better when showering. lift is a little less, okay, no need to walk the stairs 🤣, the location is very convenient, from the train station to take the subway about 20 minutes or so, then walk 3-4 minutes to the hotel, a big straight road, travel is not convenient 👍

Clean and functional. Family of 3 adults. Friendly staff. Bathroom / shower was small. Appreciate shelving and hooks in bathroom. There is a blow dryer. Body wash/ shampoo combined. If you’re fussy, bring your own. No hair conditioner, no body lotion. Excellent breakfast, our favourite. They had foosball table and ping pong, which we did not use. There is a gym that we did not use for our one night stay. Very close to metro. Great that it’s 2 minutes to Bercy Village and Park. About 15 minutes walk to bus terminal.

The environment: I chose to stay here because it's quite close to Lyon Station. We were given a connecting room, which was pretty clean, though the space was a bit small and having two bathrooms didn't really make much sense. The elevator is located on a half-landing of the spiral staircase, so you have to carry your luggage up or down half a flight of stairs both when arriving and departing. On the day we checked out, the elevator was broken, and only one staff member helped us carry our luggage down from the 6th floor. The breakfast service was good.

Little cozy hotel. But! The moment you come up to your room you see heavy scaffolding being erected against the front of the hotel and that makes your Paris views. Plus the workers walk by your window. Plus they need to drill some holes in the walls to keep the scaffolding from falling. Traveler - have a nice rest after a long long flight to Paris! Enjoy the views and pray that nothing falls on your head when entering or leaving the hotel. The rooms now should go at 50% discount or at least the clients should be notified when booking on trip.com

I stayed at this hotel for quite a few days, maybe over ten. It's actually one of the filming locations for 'Emily in Paris.' The ambiance and aesthetic are truly impeccable – it's that distinctly elegant, old-money style with a modern, design-forward architectural integration that feels very unique and stylish. However, and I'll be honest, the service here is virtually non-existent. The staff act like they're doing you a favor. Often, the front desk is unstaffed, or there's only one person working while a long line of guests waits. Then there's no room service – I mean, *any* room service. It's incredibly inconvenient; to what extent? You actually have to go to the front desk yourself to get fresh towels, toiletries, and so on. The rooms do have cooking facilities, with a full array of kitchen tools like pots, pans, and spatulas. This part is very well-equipped (though I personally didn't need it). There's one unique aspect that I found quite cool: all the water for flushing the toilets comes from rainwater, which is very eco-friendly. Finally, I have to complain about something truly outrageous. In the last few days of my stay, after I had changed floors and rooms, a Black man from the hotel suddenly opened my room door one afternoon. He didn't knock or ask; he just kept trying to open my door. After I loudly questioned who it was, there was silence. About half an hour or an hour later, he tried to open my door again. This went on for several attempts. I was terrified. Eventually, he actually managed to open my door. Seeing a burly Black man open my door scared me half to death. I demanded he leave. I immediately contacted Trip.com, who then contacted the hotel. The hotel didn't respond for several hours, then dragged it out day after day. I decided to check out immediately, because everything else was fine, but this was truly alarming.

The room was truly beautiful, and I was very pleased with it. My only significant complaint is that the bed faced an entire wall of mirrors. I personally dislike sleeping opposite a mirror, so if this bothers you, I'd suggest either avoiding this hotel or requesting a room without mirrors from the front desk. The hotel, however, completely lacked a proper lobby. The elevator was quite old-fashioned, almost antique, and seemed to only fit one person at a time, but I actually found it charming. The cleanliness was exceptional; the room was cleaned daily, and hygiene standards were excellent. They even provided disposable slippers! I loved the bathroom's color scheme. The room decor, including an elegant wooden table, was lovely, and there was a pleasant, subtle fragrance. The bathroom itself was very spacious and comfortable, although the main room was a bit small and might feel cramped for two people. There are many appealing restaurants on the street directly behind the hotel, though I didn't get a chance to try them. Breakfast is served on the top floor, which I didn't visit, but I imagine the views would be great. The hotel staff were extremely friendly, and luggage storage was available. The location is also fantastic, with a metro station nearby and bus number 68 right downstairs, which conveniently goes through central Paris. I usually took the bus back to the hotel and was very satisfied with its accessibility.

Friendly staff and trendy location, sadly main reason of booking here was the colourful room option, but since a long time ago rooms are mostly white painted as shown in pictures. Website not updated…Non refundable room but finally a friendly agreement was issued, everyone happy.
