"This is my second stay here. The price is reasonable, and while breakfast is a bit pricey, it's definitely worth it with many delicious and unique local dishes. They have a parking lot, and guests only pay 2500 JPY for 24 hours, which is very fair for Tokyo. The hot spring is also half price for guests, 2200 JPY for adults and 1300 JPY for children. There's a large shopping mall directly connected to the hotel on the sixth floor, offering plenty of great food options like yakiniku and sushi. It's less than a 5-minute walk from Ariake Tennis no Mori Station, and there's a convenience store right opposite the hotel, which is super convenient. Odaiba's core area is just a 1.3 km walk away, making it easy to shop and explore. If you're tired, a ride back won't break the bank."

"The hotel boasts an excellent location, just a few minutes' walk from the Rinkai Line and Yurikamome Line. You can even see Tokyo Big Sight right from your window. While the room was a bit on the smaller side, there was still enough space."

"Room was ok given the size was expected when we booked it. The hotel’s location is further away from the main hotspots. The area seems new and quiet, not bad. However, the service of the hotel personnel i felt could be better. They don’t seem friendly and perhaps they could have smile more. On my last night, the hotel staff accidentally assigned the same hotel room number to another guest and the guest was able to access my room. Luckily i was inside the room at that time. Also, during check out, there were many hotel guests seated at the lounge area as they were waiting for their transport and there were no seats available for others. I noticed they closed off the cafe area and i asked them if they can allow us to sit there while we wait for our transport which they said no. Hence we have to stand at wherever there’s space together with our luggages. Eventually they allowed us to sit at the cafe area while we wait for our transport as there were also others have to stand and wait. I think in this part, the hotel staff should have thought about it better and do better."

"Booked this Tokyo hotel last minute. The deluxe twin room was very spacious. There's a direct bus to Haneda Airport from the front of the market, but it only runs twice a day. It's the best choice if you're planning to eat sushi at Toyosu Market. There's also a direct bus to Shimbashi that passes through Tsukiji, making it convenient to get to the city center."

"Chose this hotel because it is near Tokyo Big Sight (about 9minutes away by cab), however, do note that it is quite far from the other main shopping / touristy parts of Tokyo like Shibuya or Harajuku if that is important to you. We mainly took Uber around which is still quite convenient. There is AEON across the road and 7/11 just downstairs. If you walk further down about 7-8 minutes from AEON there is another big supermarket that is more upscale called Life. There is another big mall called Lalaport Urban Dock which is a very easy 12-15 minutes walk from the hotel. The hotel itself was very decent, they provide amenities at the lobby, and eco cleaning system i.e. full cleaning every 3 days, otherwise only clearing of towels and trash daily, but this was quite sufficient for myself. The room is small like Tokyo hotel rooms in general but it was sufficient. The hotel seems to be really popular there were many tourists and tour groups checking in and out every day, I believe this is also because of the good affordability."

"Attended an exhibition at Big Sight, and the hotel's location was super convenient, just a 5-minute walk away. It's also close to the Yurikamome and Rinkai lines, and there are bus stops nearby, making getting around a breeze. There's an airport shuttle bus for 1000 yen, which you can book online in advance. There's a 7-Eleven right across from the hotel, but not many restaurants – you'll need to head to Ariake Garden or Odaiba for more dining options. Nearby attractions include Tokyo Dream Park and the Water Science Museum."

"The location is fantastic, just one stop away from Tokyo Big Sight, which was super convenient and saved us hard-working folks some money by staying nearby. My experience during the stay was excellent too. There was a Russian lady at the front desk who wasn't very good at English, but she still made a great effort to communicate with me. I had to move out because the hotel was fully booked for my subsequent dates, but they still allowed me to leave my luggage there until I left Japan today. I genuinely thank all of them from the bottom of my heart, and I hope more of my fellow Chinese travelers will choose to stay here – it's affordable and has a great location!"

"First time in Tokyo and this hotel was absolutely perfect! It's just the right size, with a smart layout, and separate shower and toilet facilities which kept things tidy and convenient. The location is super convenient for transportation – the subway is just an 8-minute walk away, making it easy to get anywhere. What a hidden gem! I loved it so much! The two large windows offer beautiful views, and being able to see the river from one side is a huge bonus! 👍👍👍 When it rained, the front desk, who were very welcoming, lent us two umbrellas. I'll definitely stay here again next time. A good hotel always means lots of people and good business! See you next time!"

"Had a fantastic stay! The hotel's location is excellent, right next to the Rinkai Line, making it incredibly convenient for getting around, especially to Disney. The room facilities were well-equipped, and the cleanliness was top-notch; there were no unpleasant odors. Breakfast is served on the first floor. We stayed for five nights and went at different times, but on three of those days, we encountered a queue. If you're in a hurry, you might want to factor in some extra time."

"Compared to other Mitsui Garden hotels, this one certainly provides more premium toiletries. However, it is expensive! Like other Mitsui Garden hotels, from 2026…. In the name of environmental sustainability, (1) they provide plastic/reusable slippers which don’t seem hygienic to me and I hated them, (2) bedsheets are changed only after 3 nights. Room cleaning was not very thorough, there was dust at the corners. I can’t find the exact photo now but I had deliberately left a small slip of packaging on the floor to monitor if it would be cleared away but it wasn’t! Their housekeeping team could definitely do better! Unlike other Mitsui Garden hotels I have used, it was not so easy to locate welcome drinks (I did not end up having any). The reception/front desk was also baffling because it tends to be empty or just manned by 1 staff until they notice more patrons around then more staff would appear from their backroom. I appreciate how suitcases I had forwarded to the hotel ahead of my arrival was in my room waiting for me. They also took note of my request for more pillows. Thank you. Other considerations - entire hotel is dimly lit. There are 2 sets of elevators. One to the lobby, and a separate on to go to the rooms. I timed the journey, it takes almost 1 full minute to get from lobby to B1. Even when I requested for a room near the elevators, I was given a room nested very deeply/far away and required a lot of walking. The carpet made it challenging to move suitcases. Location-wise, It’s not the most convenient if want to visit Shibuya/Harajuku but ok for Tsukiji and Ginza. Not so many eateries around and while there are convenient stores, there’s currently no full-fledged supermarkets around. Considering how expensive this place is… its limitations / inconveniences, I would reconsider staying there."
