"The location was a bit out of the way from the main street, which was a little inconvenient, but the facilities and room condition were excellent, probably because it's a new building. However, I couldn't sleep all night due to the thumping noise from the upstairs room, probably because of poor soundproofing. This might be a hit-or-miss situation, but the front desk's response was a bit disappointing."

"The hotel is in downtown Incheon, but it's quite a distance from the subway, so walking isn't really an option, especially with luggage. I'd recommend taking a taxi. The room facilities are very complete, and the room itself is spacious. The staff provided standard service, but their English communication wasn't good; you'll mostly need to rely on translation software. Breakfast is from 7-9 AM, so it's easy to miss."

"The room is spacious and clean. Bedding, towels, and bath rope are like new. The bed is huge, mattress is firm. Shower was one of the best. The shower itself is spacious. Water is very hot and with good pressure. One good design is shower, toilet and sink are separated by glass doors. People can get ready at the same time. There are lots of restaurants in the area just downstairs. If you really have to pick something, people are singing on the street pass midnight on Friday night. But it didn't bother me at all."

"Great location, just a 5-minute walk from the subway exit. The room was spacious enough, and the soundproofing was good. It came with a fridge and a safe. The facilities were well-maintained, and the hygiene was excellent. Check-in at the front desk was very convenient, and guests could grab bottled drinking water from the lobby on the first floor. Surroundings: There are several convenience stores downstairs, including CU, GS25, and 7-Eleven, as well as fried chicken restaurants. There's a large supermarket about a 5-minute walk away, and a food street can be reached in 15 minutes on foot. Breakfast: Western-style breakfast, with a decent variety of items, though there was very little fruit, probably because fruit is so expensive in Korea."

"The hotel staff are very nice and welcoming. But once I have entered the room, the smell is just so bad. Room and everything is pretty old and worn out, carpets are extremely dirty. I was worried it had some insects. Bed sheets were clean but so old. The bathroom had a terrible smell of sew"

"I've been to Korea countless times, but this is the first time I've ever felt it was so big! I just booked this hotel randomly based on its high rating, and it took me over two hours by subway from the city center. I was genuinely shocked – I didn't think there was anywhere in Korea that far by subway! It's also two hours from the airport. I have no idea where this place is located. Every other time I've booked spontaneously, I've ended up in the city center, but this time I picked somewhere so far out. Putting the location aside, the hotel's service and environment are really good. The subway station is right across from the hotel, and there's a 24-hour 7-Eleven right outside the entrance. There are also tons of food options nearby, all frequented by young people and open late into the night! I suspect this is a university town (I feel like I got scammed with the location, but hey). The room is huge with two beds – it's strange in Korea, one bed is massive, and the other is a standard twin. You could easily sleep three people. Besides being far, there's nothing wrong with it!"

"I stayed here for a business trip and it exceeded my expectations. The room was meticulously clean and the bedding was so comfortable, allowing me to fully recover from the day's fatigue. The quiet environment helped me relax comfortably after work, and the overall facility management was excellent. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and the staff were very friendly and accommodating, which left an even better impression. I highly recommend this place for business travelers, and I would definitely stay here again if I come back to this area for work."
