AAnonymous UserThis is my second time staying here for a layover at Incheon Airport. It's only two subway stops away from the airport. The room was clean, tidy, and comfortable, though a bit on the small side. It had a fridge, washing machine, and dryer, which made things very convenient. Downstairs, there are all sorts of restaurants and snack bars, so there's plenty of choice.

GGuest UserVery clean, great environment. The hotel is spotless and in a prime location, making it easy to get around. The front desk staff were warm and attentive. The room facilities are complete, the bedding is comfortable and quiet, and the hygiene is excellent. It was a fantastic stay with great value for money. I would definitely choose to stay here again.

PPeterJAshtonI had a very pleasant experience at this hotel and would gladly recommend it for convenient airport access.
I had been staying more centrally in Seoul, but in preparation for an early flight the following morning, spent my final night in Korea at this hotel. Access was a bit more complicated than I had anticipated - despite its proximity to the airport terminal, there is no pedestrian access, and one must take an airport bus to reach it. There is a direct hotel shuttle bus that runs between the terminal and hotel entrance, which I caught in the morning from the hotel, at about 5:00am; it is more like a coach with dedicated luggage storage in the bed of the vehicle. The journey takes only 5-10 minutes. However, this shuttle bus only runs once an hour (and sometimes less, depending on the time of day). As an alternative, a regular airport bus departs from a neighbouring bay at the airport terminal, visiting several stop on a 30-minute circuit; from the airport, this hotel is reached by a 5-minute walk from the penultimate stop (i.e. the stop before returning to the terminal). This is a conventional bus with limited luggage storage.
Transport aside, the hotel experience was excellent, with kind and cordial staff with flawless English, large, comfortable, luxurious rooms, and several food options, including a bar/restaurant, room service, and a 24/7 convenience store.
While I do not think the hotel would make a very convenient base from which to conduct an entire trip to Seoul - the subway journey to central Seoul takes a good hour or more - it is extremely convenient for anyone needing quick airport access, and is extremely pleasant in all other regards on top of that. I had a very pleasant stay and would strongly consider staying again in the future.

AAnonymous UserHuge thanks to the front desk lady for upgrading me to the Hwiyoung Suite! The room was spacious and comfortable, and kept very clean. The location is absolutely perfect – it's just a three-minute walk to Inspire Arena. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in town for a concert.

JjasonklWas only in transit for 2 days and didn't need to go to Seoul, so this place halfway between Incheon airport and Seoul was perfect. Take the Arex, and then change to another line to get here. Not difficult. Some reviews said there was a direct bus, but when I asked at the bus counter at the airport, they said no.
Toyoko Inn was as usual dependable. Best part, they don't hike up the price on weekends.

MmelissamThis is a very clean and tidy budget hotel. There's no free airport pick-up service, but it's easy to get an Uber or a taxi to the hotel. They do offer free airport drop-off, but only at four times, all in the morning, with the last one at 9 AM. If your flight is in the afternoon or evening, you'll need to arrange your own transport to the airport. The room was extremely neat, and the toiletries were well-arranged. They provided bathrobes, slippers, shampoo, and body wash, but no toothbrush or toothpaste. The hotel is surrounded by a small commercial area with plenty of dining options. Free breakfast is available, but the selection is limited, offering only soup, rice, instant noodles, and bread. However, the breakfast area is spacious and comfortable. I forgot to bring a power adapter, and the front desk kindly provided a free universal adapter, which was a thoughtful gesture and much appreciated! Overall, it's a decent budget accommodation with good value for money.

I stayed at this property in early April 2026 and overall had a really pleasant experience, but there’s one important thing future guests should know upfront: this is Incheon, not Seoul. More on that below.
The apartment itself
Small but exceptionally well-equipped. Everything you need is there — a proper kitchen, and importantly for me, a comfortable workspace with a real desk. I was working remotely on some days of the trip, and the desk setup made it genuinely productive, not just a tolerable improvisation. The bed was soft and comfortable.
Cleanliness
Impeccable. Floors were mopped and towels changed every single day, which I really appreciated. The apartment felt fresh throughout the stay.
Location — pros
The building is in a business district with easy metro access. There’s a beautiful park right nearby — in early April the trees were in full bloom, which was a magical bonus. Our windows looked out onto a bridge, which made for a lovely view.
Location — things to know
Don’t be misled by the proximity to Incheon Airport on the map. Getting into central Seoul takes 1.5–2 hours by metro, so plan your days accordingly. A taxi straight across the bridge is likely much faster if you’re in a hurry. If most of your trip is Seoul sightseeing, factor in significant commute time. If you’re working remotely, transiting through the airport, or specifically want a quieter base outside the city, the location is actually great.
Noise
There was some construction happening nearby, but the soundproofing is excellent — I genuinely didn’t notice it from inside the apartment.

Clean, comfortable, well-equipped apartments with great service and a beautiful park nearby. Perfect for a workation or an extended layover. Just go in with realistic expectations about the commute to Seoul proper

GGuest UserI chose a room on the 16th floor with a skylight, thinking it would be quiet, but it actually faced a major road. At night, I could hear cars revving their engines – pretty scary, and I didn't sleep well.
The facilities are old. At night, there was a humming sound from the fridge and inexplicable creaking from the floor-to-ceiling window.
The cleanliness was mediocre; there was a short hair on the pillow.
You don't need to bring a universal adapter.
The location is indeed a bit remote; it takes about 15-20 minutes to walk to the nearest Olive Young.
When I checked out, I forgot my pink towel in the room. It was clearly not a disposable one, but the hotel said they couldn't find it after I asked twice. Oh well.

GGuest UserThe hotel is just over 1 kilometer in a straight line from Terminal 1. From morning until 10 PM, there's a free shuttle bus every hour that runs between the hotel and both airport terminals. There's a convenience store in the hotel lobby on the first floor, and another one right next door. The one next to the hotel has a great variety of items, perfect for grabbing breakfast. I've also attached the free shuttle bus schedule for your reference.

DDell RoyThe auto check-in was okay. I really enjoyed the rooms that I stayed in and their proximity to cafes and restos down below. A lot of variety for a small plaza.
I was there for nearly a week and it was really convenient to walk to the metro or stroll around and find what I was looking for.
