"The hotel in general is pretty good, very clean and tidy, with Mexican theme. The location is right in front of metrobus stop and near to Mexico city downtown, although the surrounding zone is not tourist, next to Tepito. The restaurant was big but for my one night stay it didn't have many available options for dinner, only two dishes. If you need something near to central bus station TAPO or airport for a short period I will recommend it."

"The room was clean and the location was excellent, right in the city center. Syntagma Square is just a 5-minute walk away, and the hotel is right next to a metro interchange for lines 1 and 2, making getting around very convenient. However, the hotel facilities are a bit basic; there's nothing extra. The lobby has a few tables where you can eat food you've bought before heading upstairs. I was initially worried about the lack of air conditioning, but the weather here is quite cool, so it wasn't a big issue."

"I only visited Mexico City to include the Teotihuacán tour; so I needed a cheap hotel pace to stay! The photos of the interior sold me! The staff were so kind and helpful! Pretty place! Bed was okay; slightly hard but average hostel appearance The room was pretty quite humid but I suspect it’s bc the fan was on 24/7 and no air flow; it was acc cooler outside than in the room"

"Strange looking decoration, a bit cold and not cosy big room. The bed was rather hard and it was hard to shave with the horrible light in the washing basin. Didn’t like the surroundings of the hotel and it was hard to find a nice place to eat. Bring some earplugs in case you get some inconsiderate guests next to you or above you. I would not return here…"

"El hotel se encuentra muy accesible muy cerca del aeropuerto te puedes ir en Uber en cualquier servicio que sea más económico que el de los taxis del aeropuerto tienen el servicio cada hora para salir al aeropuerto una vez que estás hospedado sin ningún costo además es un hotel nuevo tiene el desayuno el desayuno está muy bien o muy fresco limpio hay café las 24 horas si en agua y hielo , el hotel no es lujoso pero tiene muy buenas instalaciones y además es nuevo, por supuesto que lo recomiendo y además volvería a llegar ahí"

"The value for money is extremely poor. Aside from the price, everything else is excellent. The room smells weird, the bed feels old, and the bedding is also worn. The breakfast is even worse; it's completely perfunctory."

"Great hotel to stay at in Mexico City because it's centrally located, and a tour operator picked me up for an excursion to Teotihuacan, which was fantastic. The staff was also cordial in general, and I felt safe with the private guard in the front lobby. As for the room, it was just as advertised in the adverisement description and pictures. Warm water worked, and so did the A/C. Wifi worked well, but because I have used Ibis Hotel in other countries, I already had a general account, so accessing wifi was a little tricky in the beginning, but after resetting my password, I was able to access wifi. With regards to the restaurant, some of the dishes were delicious for dinner, such as the Enchilada Suices. The breakfast buffet was well worth it and had a variety to select from. Overall, this hotel is a good value for your money."

"A conveniently located hotel in the heart of Mexico City. Easy access to walk to main attractions and multiple restaurants. A great buffet breakfast offered in the hotel restaurant. Room was clean, comfortable, and maintained daily. The staff were extremely helpful in assisting us with booking day tours. We visited during Fifa World Cup and Mexico City did a fabulous job hosting the events. The city was lively and decorated nicely."
