"Beachfront hotel with a view of the pier. The room was spacious, the air conditioning was nice and cold, and the price felt reasonable. Breakfast was pretty standard. The only major downside was the parking—it was extremely limited. I kept being asked to move my car, and the management didn’t seem very well organized. There was also a bit of a language barrier, which made communication with guests a bit difficult at times. That said, I didn’t feel like making a complaint because overall the staff were very attentive and genuinely kind—everyone, in every role, was lovely."

"Overall, it was a good stay friendly staff, nice pool, and got everything in the room, fridge, ac, microwave and safe. it would be better if the bed was a bit bigger. I also informed it to the front desk. The front desk ladies Chan and another Thai lady were very nice and provided me a free toothbrush. The pool is nice and big enough for a good swim. Also a big shout out to the boy who helped us fix my friend's motorbike.[forgot to ask his name] I will go there again in the future as it is a good spot to relax."

"Overall, I was fairly satisfied. The room was clean and tidy, and it wasn't too far from Chalong Pier. Shopping was convenient nearby, with a 7-Eleven downstairs. The pool was right outside the room, so I could take a short swim. The hotel breakfast was a set meal, which was a bit disappointing. It wasn't because it wasn't a buffet, but rather because it looked very different from the pictures, and even different from the official photos. It was a photo taken by a previous guest a few months ago. Look at how much fruit was in a breakfast set now! The bread and meat were also less. I wasn't very satisfied with that."

"Had a fabulous and lovely time here at Chalong Marina Bay View Phuket, the staff were all welcoming, warm and friendly. The check in and check out process was fast and efficient. Love their spacious clean room and deep soaking tub, amenities for kitchenware and appliances were complete and any request (housekeeping/room service) could be done through their hotel app, which was convenient to use. TV in the room comes with cable channels and you can sign in to Netflix and YouTube too. Their pool spans a gorgeous view of the Chalong sea with lots of sailing boats. The staff prepared a fruit platter, delivering it to me while singing 'Happy Birthday' for my birthday, I feel so touched by their sweet and warm gesture, they truly made my special day. Though this place is further from the tourists' hotspots, I appreciate that this is a quieter location, you could easily get Grab for transport and there's a 7-11 and supermarket nearby, within a short walking distance. Overall it was such a comfortable stay and it is a great accommodation for all."

"This hotel offers great value for money. We booked a four-bedroom villa for 6 nights for just over HKD 7,000, and it had 7 beds, which was incredibly cost-effective. The staff were polite and friendly, always with a smile, and the rooms were cleaned very well!"

"This is a wonderful hotel with picturesque views and excellent service. The villas are comfortable and have kitchens with everything you need to prepare breakfast or a light dinner. We really enjoyed our stay. We'll definitely be your guests again. Thank you for a wonderful stay!"

"I highly recommend staying here. The service was great and the view from the pool and sea view villas is amazing. I booked two nights and then one more at the end of my trip. I liked the food and massage was good. The operations manager went out of his way to help me get to the airport and to my destination earlier in the week, personally making phone calls for me and even drive me to the pier. When the hotel airport service was booked, he found the cheapest transport for me and booked it himself.  I will definitely stay again and recommend the hotel. The surrounding area doesn’t have much but it’s only a short taxi away from the restaurants at the pier."

"This hotel has very obvious pros and cons. Even during peak season, the price wasn't expensive, and the staff service was quite good. The free daily shuttle to Karon Beach is a nice touch, but the latest return time is 4:30 PM, which is quite early. However, there are also many issues. The room facilities are a bit old, the air conditioning cools slowly, only three hangers are provided, and there are only two free bottles of mineral water per day. The showerhead is difficult to adjust, resulting in a weak spray from individual nozzles. The location is relatively remote; the nearest 7-Eleven requires crossing a main road and then walking a bit further, but you will pass a local market, which is a plus. Wat Chalong is within walking distance, but for other attractions, you generally need to take a taxi, and they aren't always easy to find. A 2000 THB cash deposit is required upon check-in, though I later managed to change it to an equivalent amount in local currency. Overall, if you have high standards for accommodation quality during your travels, I would not recommend choosing this hotel."

"The only downside to the room was the extremely small balcony. Also, smoking was prohibited in both the pool and the room, and the balcony was very small. The staff were very friendly and attentive. Just outside the alley is a motorcycle shop, and turning right leads to a massage parlor and a convenience store. Leaving the hotel, turning left to the end and then left again leads to a fairly standard shopping mall with a KFC, a large supermarket, a barbecue restaurant, and even a bubble tea shop. The surrounding area has all the amenities you need. The only drawback is that there are many police officers at the roundabout on the main road to the left outside, making me worried about being stopped for my motorcycle. Fortunately, I wasn't stopped even once. It's very convenient to travel from Rawai to Phuket Town, making renting a motorcycle and staying here incredibly easy!"

"Our room on the 7th floor was excellent and spacious, with a bathroom in each room and new air conditioners. Water is replenished daily, and the room is cleaned every day. Breakfasts are good. The internet is stable, and there's a pool in the courtyard which was a lifesaver when we didn't feel like going to the beach. The staff is good, but I wish the managers at the reception spoke better English; sometimes it was difficult to communicate with them. The hotel is located next to a busy road, so light sleepers might have some issues. We knew this beforehand and used earplugs. The sea view from the window is amazing!"
