"Location: The hotel is right by Ao Nang Beach, but not directly on the main road. You'll need to walk about 200 meters from the longtail boat ticket office. Cleanliness: I personally found it good; the floors and corners were very clean. I saw two geckos in the room, but no mosquitoes. Service: I didn't encounter any staff who spoke Chinese, but everyone was very friendly. They emptied the trash and changed towels daily. Ambiance: Good greenery, right next to the beach with beautiful views. Facilities: Relatively old, but well-maintained and mostly sufficient. The shower water pressure was low and not very hot. The air conditioning was noisy. Breakfast: Average."

"It was a very nice stay, the room was very clean, the pool was great, the spa and access to beach was wonderful. We loved it. The location was wonderful right in the heart of all the action.Breakfast was ok, coffee machine only no barista. Could advertise a bit more about activities going on in the resort, we stumbled upon a fire show by chance that was happening at the beach area right as it was ending we didn’t make it."

"I stayed in Panan Krabi Hotel which was conveniently located near Ao Nang beach and lots of restaurant, massage shop and 7-11. The room was comfy and spacious with necessary amenities. The staff were very friendly and the check-in/out process was smooth. Cleanliness was okay, the floor was always sticky due to the humidity maybe. The pool is plus point and the environment just good."

"The staff were friendly and always smiling. The location is good, and the view of the mountains from the back is beautiful. The room was nice, but the only drawback is that it's not soundproof. There's a gap under the door, letting light in, and you can constantly hear noise when people walk by or when cleaning staff push their carts."

"The hotel is located in town, making it very convenient for dining out. The sofa in the room can be converted into a sofa bed. If you want to save money, ask the staff for an extra blanket to sleep on the sofa. If you prefer more comfort, you can pay extra on the spot, and the staff will convert it into a sofa bed with a mattress and sheets. It's 150 (currency not specified) including breakfast for one person, which is a great deal. However, the bathroom in the room is poorly designed, lacking a door, which causes water to splash out. Overall, it's good, but personally, I still prefer to relax by the sea."

"We had a wonderful stay at this resort. Everything was clean, and all the staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The breakfast was absolutely the best, nothing to complain about at all. The scenery was breathtaking, especially the pool overlooking the stunning limestone hills. We were also pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade, which made us love this place even more. We truly enjoyed every moment of our stay and hope to come back again next year. We can’t wait to try their massage package on our next visit. Highly recommended!"

"This hotel in Krabi was excellent, upgrade at check inn Room was clean and inviting.View from balcony was straight over ocean to amazing rock outcrops Short walk to shops and restaurants. A little way to the night markets but a pleasant walk. As far as I'm concerned this was an amazing value for money compared to a lot of places I have been to Only down side is I was here during the wet season so rained a lot,was unable to enjoy the boat trips to islands but definitely coming back"

"Overall, the stay was good, but I don’t feel it was worth the price. I mentioned in advance that we were celebrating a birthday, but the hotel did not provide any special arrangements—not even a simple room decoration. In comparison, the second hotel we stayed at was much more affordable, yet they prepared a simple room decoration and even provided a birthday cake, which was a thoughtful touch. One of the main reasons I booked this hotel was because it has its own beach club. Unfortunately, it was quite disappointing. There were only a couple of occupied tables, and the atmosphere felt more like a regular beachfront restaurant than a beach club. There was no live music, and it closed relatively early at 8:30 PM. On a positive note, the food at the Sip Pool Bar & Beach Club was very good. However, the breakfast was quite basic and offered limited variety. That said, I would still recommend this hotel to travelers who prefer a quiet, peaceful, and relaxing environment."

"The room was very spacious and clean, making for a very comfortable stay. I especially loved the hotel's private beach – it was clean, not crowded, and felt very safe, with excellent facilities. I stayed in a family garden view room, which was on the second floor after walking through a pathway past the pool. The room was well-equipped, and I discovered a hidden door. When I opened it, it led to the adjacent room, suggesting these rooms can be connected to form a suite. Just in case, I moved the table and chairs behind the door before going to sleep. It happened to be raining, so there might be mosquitoes; I recommend bringing insect repellent. The hotel's bar and dining were good, and the breakfast offered a wide variety. There were many Caucasian and Indian guests during my stay. The massage parlor was excellent, with private rooms and comfortable techniques."
