It seems there are many different property management units within the community. You can instantly contact the owners by adding them on WeChat or calling their direct phone numbers. They will arrange for staff to come to the entrance to pick you up, usually within about ten minutes. Your passport photocopy will be scanned and printed in the security office. The community is very quiet. Unfortunately, the rooftop pool was under renovation due to the off-peak season, otherwise I would have loved to try it out. There's an umbrella provided in the bedroom, and all basic amenities are complete. The value for money is pretty good. I imagine the experience would be even better if it were a sea-view room. It would have been helpful if there were instructions for the water heater in the bathroom. If I have another chance to visit Pattaya, I would consider staying here again.
