"Rooms are very clean and big and spacious. Located in the middle of Thong Lor (aka little Japan), it is 2 mins walk from The Commons and good access to incredible restaurants and great bars. The BTS (train line) is a decent walk from here, so if you don't like walking and want to experience more of the party area, you may want to be a bit closer."
"We’ve stayed at this hotel with our family for the second time, and we absolutely love it!
It’s a modern, new hotel with very spacious, clean, and comfortable rooms. There’s also a proper workspace with a desk, which is really convenient if you need to work during your stay. The bed, mattress, and pillows are all great quality, and everything feels fresh and well maintained.
I also really appreciated having a coffee machine in the room with good-quality coffee capsules — such a nice touch!
The breakfast is definitely one of the highlights! It’s a huge buffet with a great variety of food — from European options to lots of delicious local Thai and Asian dishes. There’s so much to choose from!
A special thank you to the friendly and helpful staff. We had a late-night flight and were able to leave our luggage at the hotel after check-out, which was very convenient. The hotel also provides an airport transfer, and it was actually cheaper than Grab.
There’s also a nice swimming pool and a gym.
Highly recommended, especially for families with children! We’ll definitely be back. ❤️"
"We stayed here for one night and overall had a pleasant experience. The hotel is nice and comfortable, although a small cosmetic renovation would definitely make it even better. We did find one small cockroach in the room (on the 17th floor). It wasn’t a major issue, but it’s worth mentioning. The bathroom also felt quite old and could use some renovation. It wasn’t immediately clear which tap was for cold water, so some clearer signs or instructions would be helpful. The water also took quite a while to heat up.
There were also a few paint stains on the floor, although they were completely dry and didn’t cause any problems. The bed, however, was absolutely amazing. seriously, one of the softest beds I have ever slept in! If you like very soft mattresses, you will probably love it.
The location is the biggest advantage of this hotel. It is incredibly convenient for getting to the airport: you can simply take the train and arrive at the airport in about 40 minutes without any transfers. Perfect for a short stay before or after a flight.
The staff were also friendly, welcoming, and always smiling, a good option for a short stay in Bangkok, especially if convenient airport access is important to you."
"Superb Hotel with the best customer service Ive experienced in Asia/Australia/NZ or Europe.
Fantastic Breakfast options in a calm and pleasant surroundings. Didnt try in house pool or Onsen but would expect the same customer service.
Location is great for bars, restaurants, cafes and shopping and RELIABLE ShuttleService for BTS and MRT.
Best stay in Bangkok in over 5 trips and would not stay ar any other in future visits. Great views of a great city."
"I was a bit worried after reading online reviews, fearing communication issues and poor service. But it turned out to be completely different! Mary at the front desk was truly wonderful. She was gentle and patient. Our flight was delayed on the first night, and we didn't arrive until after 1 AM, so I was concerned we might be a nuisance. However, the front desk staff showed no complaints at all. She even helped me with my luggage. The room facilities were a bit old, but everything was very clean. Overall, it's great value for money, and I'd stay there again if I have the chance."
"Although it's a bit far from Thong Lo station, the rooms are clean and the breakfast is good. Some rooms only have a shower, but that's not an issue. There's a convenience store on the first floor and a laundromat right in front of the hotel. It's not within walking distance of the station, so I recommend taking a motorcycle taxi or a regular taxi. On the opposite side, there's a street called Soi Thara Rom 2, which has a lot of great restaurants, so I highly recommend checking it out."
"Located right in the heart of Thonglor with easy access and on-site parking. They also provide a convenient shuttle van to the main road. The staff service is exceptional, from the reception to the bellboys. The rooms are clean and fully equipped with great amenities. It was a perfect stay for our whole family, including seniors and young children. Highly recommended!"
"This is an all-suite hotel. It's located down an alley, but it's only a 2-3 minute walk to the main road. The quietness was exactly what I wanted, ensuring a good night's sleep. I switched to this hotel from my previous one, and I booked it last minute on Ctrip, but I was surprisingly satisfied. The front desk staff were all very polite and provided excellent service, especially a lady with short hair. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Bangkok."
"I thought for its price point that this hotel was wonderful! Comfy beds and air conditioning that had no issues fighting off the Bangkok heat. The room had enough space that I could eat my meals in the room if I wanted. I particularly liked the pool area with a retro decorated area for relaxing. Although the pull is small, it is for taking a dip when hot, not for doing laps. There is a little gym on the roof, if you want exercise. Drinks can be served on the roof by friendly staff or you can bring your own. My only slight complaint is the area is very traffic heavy and on a narrow road, so it can awhile to get anywhere if you are taking a taxi. I walked around the area which can be a tight squeeze in some spots, but there a ton of interesting and delicious (at least the ones I tried) around. You can walk to Emquartier and the BTS in about 15 minutes."
"The value for money is decent. There's a 7-Eleven about 100 meters from the entrance, and a Thai massage place right across from it. In the evenings, you can find street food stalls in front of the Thai massage place, and sometimes they sell durian. Overall, it's pretty good."

Great
AAnonymous UserThe room was clean and very comfortable. It's super convenient for getting around, just a few minutes' walk to 7-Eleven and the subway, which takes you to the Erawan Shrine and various shopping malls. The staff were all warm and attentive. The SPA on the 7th floor was excellent with professional techniques. They even offered snacks and drinks before and after the massage. And that mango sticky rice was absolutely delicious! 😋
AAnonymous UserI would like to express my appreciation for the outstanding service I received during my stay at your hotel. From the moment I arrived, every staff member greeted me with warmth, professionalism, and care. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and my room was spotless, comfortable, and well prepared. Whenever I needed assistance, the team responded promptly and courteously, always going the extra mile to make my stay enjoyable. Your attention to detail and dedication to guest satisfaction made me feel at home. Thank you for a memorable experience. I recommend your hotel and look forward to returning soon.
AAlexDaixnTen times better than I expected! First off, shoes aren't allowed upstairs, which keeps the environment super clean. For the price, it's incredible value. Towels and toiletries are all provided and very clean. The bathroom is right by the entrance, which is super convenient. There's even a lounge area and a balcony with a river view. It's so much better than places back home. I regret not booking more nights, haha!
CChow Tsz YeeLast summer, I stayed at the same hotel and had a fantastic experience. This year, however, it was just average. First off, the hotel has been undergoing renovations every morning for a long time. Then, the ventilation system in the room wasn't good enough. I'm not sure where the renovation work was happening, but the entire room smelled of paint thinner, which made for a terrible experience. Also, a year later, the location for the morning buffet has changed. Unlike previous years, you can no longer enjoy breakfast with a view of the Chao Phraya River. Unless something changes, I won't be staying here next year.
GGuest UserThe rooms are located in the Huai Khwang area, close to Huai Khwang MRT station. There are plenty of convenience stores and restaurants nearby. This hotel is very grand and luxurious, and the staff are warm and polite. It's my first choice every time I come to Bangkok for a business trip.
GGuest UserThe hotel is right next to Emsphere, very convenient and walking to MRT Phrom Phong is around 8-10mins, mostly covered or Asoke in the other direction non-covered.
Hotel seems dated but relatively clean, staff is helpful and provide service with a smile.
Not bad for the price and would stay again.
AAnonymous User1. I stayed for one night because I was attending a concert at Idea Live, which is near the hotel. I was really grateful that the front desk allowed me to check in before 11 AM that day.
2. The hotel room was spacious and comfortable. The only downside was that the showerhead was quite old and didn't work very well; the water pressure was too strong, but the spray area was very small.
3. Getting to the hotel from BKK (Suvarnabhumi Airport) involved taking the Airport Rail Link for a few stops and then walking for about 15 minutes. However, that walk isn't the easiest, so it might be challenging if you have large luggage.
GGraceDecThe night before check-in, I carefully read the negative reviews on Ctrip, which made me lose confidence in this hotel. I contacted Ctrip customer service in the middle of the night to try and cancel, but since it was past the cancellation time, we ended up staying there anyway… We had four adults and two children, so we booked a connecting quad room and a twin room.
1. **Hygiene:** The rooms were very clean. It felt comfortable to walk barefoot on the floor, and the bathroom was also very clean with a good wet/dry separation.
2. **Breakfast:** We had the power breakfast every day, and it was delicious and well-balanced.
3. **Service:** I didn't feel any discrimination; both the male and female customer service staff were very polite.
4. **Shuttle:** The hotel's regular schedule is a shuttle every half hour to the alley entrance, but during our two-day stay, we were able to leave whenever we wanted.
5. **Room Type:** For two adults and two children in Bangkok, there aren't many family room options. Many family rooms put all four people in one room, which can be disruptive when adults and children have different schedules. If you book two separate standard rooms, there's no way to look out for each other. So, connecting rooms are our favorite room type when choosing a hotel.
6. **Location:** This is indeed a drawback. Although the Sukhumvit area is great, the hotel is located deep inside an alley, which takes away the fun of being able to just step out and explore anytime…
7. **Pool and Gym:** The pool isn't big, but we were just transiting through Bangkok to Phuket, so we weren't planning on swimming at a city hotel anyway. The gym is also really small; it gets very crowded with just three or four people. However, they thoughtfully provide small towels for wiping sweat in the gym.
GGuest UserI stayed at Kingston Suites between May 15 and May 18, 2026. Arriving early morning on the 15th, they permitted an early check-in at a cost of 1000 baht extra for which i was grateful after travelling for 30 hours. The executive suite room was large, clean and included basic furniture, a microwave, refrigerator, and washer/dryer. The breakfast was a mix of Western and Indian dishes. I thought it was just okay as the main entrees were kind of bland and the selection was limited. Most of the staff were courteous. The location was quite good, only a 10-12 minute walk to Terminal 21 and a couple of BTS stations. I would likely stay again though there are numerous alternatives at a similar price point so it would likely boil down to who offers the best deal.
GGuest UserWe were less than a 10-minute walk from the BTS, restaurants, and convenience stores. Taxis were easily accessible and the service was excellent. Thank you, and we enjoyed the rooftop pool. Thanks again for a great two-week stay.
Some top places to stay in Bangkok are near popular attractions like Erawan Shrine, Khao San Road and The Grand Palace—so you can quickly get to top landmarks and amenities you need.
