Nice location. New property is clean and stylish. Aesthetically pleasing. Very clean. Comfortable. Love the toiletries. This is where it ends. Check-in was pleasant enough, but not a warm welcome. It seemed as though you are an inconvenience. Also, poor communication as the lady was looking something up in the computer, but did not let me know, so you're just standing there waiting for an answer. An Atwell card in the room read ”if you need anything, let us know”. Well, I was in need of a shower cap but they didn't have any. There is only 1 dining room chair, I asked for more, but the receptionist said ”I can't get ahold of anyone so I think that's all we have”. Last item request was for a bowl as we brought our own breakfast due to dietary needs and of course, ”we don't have those but you can come down for breakfast”. Advice: You can ask for items, but that's where it ends. Most hotels have basic amenities for travelers, but not this place. I doubt we'll be returning to this place as there are many other hotels in the area that are more prepared for travelers.

Great hotel, but the shuttle service was lacking. We had to order an Uber after waiting for 30 minutes.

Very satisfied, business trip, first time booking More than ten minutes drive from the airport, very convenient There is nothing to eat for breakfast, hot water, coffee, bread. The hotel also has a free pick-up and drop-off service, and the airport pick-up is half an hour away.

It was convenient to be able to take the airport shuttle to and fro from Denver International. However, more detailed information on how to get on the shuttle, and its frequency will be great! The hotel elevator was out of service, but the front desk staff was very helpful to help with the luggage. The room was very spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Lots of varieties for breakfast choices. Very nice.

What I like: (1) Tea/Coffee available 24 hours, breakfast is simple but enough choices, egg, sausages, waffles, bread, oatmeal, juices, coffee, tea fruits (2) Staff are professional, explain things well. (3) Furnitures are slightly newer than the other Hampton I stay in. What can be improved: (1) I waited at Island 3 (Door 512) from 745pm till 830pm and called twice in order to secure the shuttle service. I saw other hotel shuttles already dropped by 4-5 times in that mins and even saw the other hotels shuttle, like Cambria dropped by within 30 mins. When I got to Hampton, it was already 850pm and also realised that the restaurant next door is closed. I understand that it maybe out of their usual service hour, yet I wonder if they can do a join venture service with other hotel brands so that customers could be picked up earlier. (2) I was offered the room at the end of the corridor but there are loud water noise coming from the pipes when someone was using the toilet next door or upstairs. Since I was so tired after the longhaul and shorthaul flights and had not been sleeping for 30 hours, I went to sleep at night as usual. However, I am pretty sure that it would bother me when the day I am more sensitive to sound. I did not report it because it was just a short stay. Overall, I would give a 4 star as the staff attitude (check in, check out and cleaning lady) and their service deserve great respect, standard up to par breakfast and clean room.

Built in 2024, everything is new and very clean. The king room was spacious, so much so that it took a while for the heater to warm it up 🤣. It has an accompanying gym, and there's a water dispenser nearby, so you don't need to buy water. Honestly, I've seen many complaints about the breakfast 🤣, but for this price point and cleanliness in the US, I think it's pretty good that they even offer complimentary breakfast 🤣. After all, when staying at most hotels in the US, you usually have to bring your own toiletries and slippers.

The airport shuttle service is very convenient.. It runs every 30 minutes and driver is very helpful . Staff was very friendly . There are many restaurants around the hotel with a lots of choices .

The room is well-equipped, clean, with a microwave and coffee machine, and the price is very high. There is a shuttle bus from the airport, and I walked to a nearby Vietnamese restaurant, which was delicious.

The airport shuttle bus goes directly to the hotel. There are good restaurants near the hotel. You can take a shuttle bus to the airport to get in and out of the hotel, which is quite convenient. The rooms are relatively spacious and comfortable, and the service is satisfactory.
