The design of the big bed room is unique, spacious and comfortable, which meets the needs of rest and the comfort of space. The quiet and elegant atmosphere makes people forget the hustle and bustle of the city. The early morning sun spilled into the room through the curtains, awakening my expectations for a new day. Lying on a soft bed at night, enjoying a quiet night, feeling the warmth and comfort of home. As the experience here was so good, I decided to stay for another day. Not only because of the quality and service of the room, but also because of the tranquility and comfort that it brought me. It was like a small place on my trip, allowing me to find a moment of peace and relaxation during my busy schedule. This house is definitely an ideal choice for those who need to stay out. The environment and facilities have nothing to say, super, the bed is very comfortable, the bathroom is also big, the hot water is three seconds hot, the water supply system is great, the only shortcoming is the room service, staying in such a good hotel is because you want to enjoy the service. There is no water delivery service...the waiter in the small shop on the first floor is not staffed enough to deliver it, so I don’t drink it at all. The other things are fine and they are all very good. I will stay here next time I will bring two more bottles of water.

We booked into the Holiday Inn Suites at ”Holiday Inn Langfang”, this time around. Our previous visits to this hotel, were not particularly good, with service ”a lack of service”, being the primary reason. Nevertheless, we wanted to try the ”Suites” section this time, and also see if things have improved. Unfortunately, we were yet again inconvenienced at check in. This is the only hotel, in China, in our experience that seem to not be favourable towards foreign guests. Bearing in mind that we have visited numerous hotels, and have been living and working here for around four years. Other than the most unpleasant check in process, our overall stay was fairly good. The ”suite” has a fairly spacious layout, and the rate is relatively affordable. We were very disappointed to learn that the swimming pool, was not operational (this whilst it's advertised on Trip.com). We do enjoy the Breakfast at this hotel, in fact, we have breakfast here at least once a week. Previously, we found that the Dish Name Cards at the Breakfast Buffet, are only in Chinese. This is still the case, WHY? As it's an ”International Brand”, hence we expect a level of English as well. This can be such a lovely Hotel, if only they would work on improving their service levels. With that said, we received excellent service from ”Allen”, whom tried his best to meet our requirements. (Perhaps, his management, could learn some professional courtesy from him). There are numerous hotels around, and if this one wishes to remain busy, best they improve their service, especially towards foreign guests.
