"From the moment I booked this hotel, the experience was excellent. Any communications were swiftly answered prior to arrival. I joked about have the Banks waiting upon my arrival. On check in, I was told to check my fridge. There were a number of ice cold Banks waiting for us. The hotel is excellent value for money, the rooms are clean with everything you need for your stay. The staff, from front desk to cleaners are fabulous, friendly and helpful. The location is 3 mins from Worthing Beach, Massey’s Supermarket is a 5-10 min walk away. There are loads of bars and eateries nearby. We’re already looking to rebook"

"I read reviews without paying attention. This place has lots of space but no food. No breakfast or dinner. The next villa had noisy children. The bed was very comfortable and the pillows were good. Next time I'll stay in a normal hotel. This is a place for someone who is hiring a car. Not really convenient for my kind of travel."

"No hot water for 5 days - it turned out that most of the hotel didn't have hot water. After 5 days of daily visits to the reception and meetings with the managers, we were given a room change (we were very lucky, as many people didn't have hot water throughout their stay). Very monotonous and poor breakfasts. The hotel's location is very convenient. Close to the city center. The hotel is located on a beautiful beach, near a promenade with restaurants. Cleanliness... Caribbean standard."
