Great breakfast, amazing property, comfortable beds! Water in shower wasn’t hot, had to take a “warm-cold” fast shower but it didn’t matter. The view, the quiet, nature and siting areas made the stay perfect. Will come again!!

the room was fine for the price. niceand quiet. just a few issues: it smelled a little like mildew, the shower was strong but only horizontal, no blackout curtains and so there was a lot light flooding into the room, too hot and no temperature control, I just opened the window.

We had a wonderful stay, it was just as we expected, A touch of old New England. Breakfast was Excellent. The one lady who greeted us and checked us in was super nice and upbeat. We walked the grounds and enjoyed this very much. Thanks for the experience.

The best part was the staff -especially the concierge She was a wealth of knowledge in helping to plan our stay. Can not thank her enought . Also I must mention Gracy who was responsible for the breakfast. She knew so much history of the hotel. She was a friendly staff that treated us warmly.

We arrived after dark and the entrance to office to get key was unlit. Our room was very clean with modern fixtures. The bed was comfortable and the bedding linens very comfortable. The heat would not come on, so it was a bit chilly in the morning(60 ish) and the water was warm but not hot enough for a shower. Continental breakfast was good. I would give this property another chance but only average this stay.

Very nice property. Room clean with big bathroom. Only lack microwave and would be nice to have a chair. Breakfast regular offerings. Front desk staff friendly. Good value.

The grounds were beautiful. One negative was at breakfast. Some staff were eating there ( totally fine) but maybe a little instruction on the difference between a dining room and a diner. ( dishes clattered into the hopper, shouting across the room to each other).

We love staying at places with a past, a story, not just a generic hotel you could find at any intersection in America. This place was such a find. Yes, it probably has seen better days... there are pot holes in the driveway, the grounds could use a little sprucing up, but I feel the owners really are putting effort into making this work. The room was clean, the bathroom upgraded, and we slept well in spite of the mattresses being a little squeaky. We especially loved the breakfast in the morning and the great conversation we had with the other guests. And just being in the Berkshires, literally next door to Edith Wharton's The Mount, and tons of other amazing places to explore, you can't beat this inn.

Love the property and its history. Breakfast was great. We had no hot water in our room, very sad.

The Seven Hills Inn and the Mount are of the same era and are within walking distance. One of them has been converted into a B&B with very affordable room rates when booking in the Terrace House. In the shoulder season, we paid merely $150 on *******. Best of all you get to enjoy the garden terrace for breakfast and the lobby at the former mansion.

This is a manor house with rooms in another building. Administration, lobby, and breakfast are in the manor house. It has an older world charm

The pet fee of $75 per night was OUTRAGEOUS! The room was only $78 for 2 adults… it makes no sense. They didn’t have pet stations, bags, treats or anything for pet either. I have stayed at 5 STAR places many times and the most I’ve ever paid is $50. Such a shame, great place!

Especially appreciated the included breakfast. It was much better than we have experienced at other venues. Loved the history of the Inn.

Could use some updates and the front desk attendant was less than attentive. But the grounds are beautiful, the room was clean, and the inn is in a great area in the Berkshires.

It was a beautiful 1911 former home. Beautiful inside and out. The grounds were well kept a vast. Looks like a great place for families to play together outside. Breakfast was included and served by Gracie, fresh fruit and breads and muffins. So good! Would recommend this Inn to everyone.
