房間很寬敞，房間裏的設施配備都很齊全，而且還是小度智能的，衹需要叫小度就可以了，這點我很喜歡。還有供養，還有加濕器，服務員還會耐心的講解設施設備的使用方式，好多好多值得誇獎的。都很nice，絕對的5分好評。

服務態度很好，房間很不錯，還會提供精美小零食，去八廓街，布達拉宮都很方便。有提供24小時製氧，還會提供風景不錯的下午茶。

印象最深刻的是前台的美女們，簡直不要太好，幾位小姐姐們非常温柔體貼，想我之所想，替我做我所想做的。從進門一位小姐姐獻哈達開始，一直到我有外賣、用機器人幫我送上樓，到細心教我布氧機如何使用及調試等等，我和孩子都非常非常滿意，如果給她們打分，滿分是5分的話，我想我要給她們打10分，我自己初次帶兩個孩子去西藏，她們的服務讓我不會有擔憂，感謝感謝！
唯一不足之處是牙缸我兒子用過的，房間打掃後並沒有更換，我建議牙缸也每天更換一下。

酒店很乾凈，下車有哈達，位置既方便又不方便，離哪裡都不遠，離哪裡又都不近，基本都在兩公里範圍內，走着都有點遠，打車小20塊（拉薩打車不便宜）
攜程標五鑽，實際工作人員説是準四星
出了酒店右手是居民區，藏餐、奶店、唐卡店、超市一應俱全，可以體驗當地人的生活

房間有供氧，早餐西餐在拉薩算可以的，房間也夠大，供氧供熱水都很優秀，早餐唯一730開始供應的酒店，對早機的客户比較友好

房間不錯，就是設施不敢恭維。衞生間的感應燈亮的時間太長。洗澡間下水不暢，洗個澡水漫金山。值得表揚的是服務態度還不錯，及時清理，並換了一個房間。

氧氣充足，房間除了有點熱沒其他問題，早餐豐富尤其是可以補充維生素和水果，感謝贈送的小禮品，樓頂餐吧可以拍到布宮。
