The room is very new, clean and tidy. After the hotel I booked was sold out, Ctrip helped me switch to Jindao Hotel for free, from the original 230 standard rooms to 558 standard rooms. Due to other reasons, the hotel upgraded the 558 yuan deluxe standard room to the 638 yuan smart standard room. Because we booked two nights, two rooms per night, Ctrip paid the price difference of 1,600 yuan on our behalf, and the daily upgrade fee for each room in Jindao Hotel was 100 yuan, which saved us a total of 400 yuan. The clothes washed in the public washing machine were washed and dried for me and delivered to the room. When the house prices in Lijiang skyrocketed and the housing supply was extremely tight, I still paid money to help arrange the hotel. This service spirit is really unrequited.
