交通便利，門口就是公交車站，離醴陵老火車站步行可達。老闆自己修的房子，所以很寬敞，給我的房間在二樓。床很大，能看電視，能洗熱水澡，還有純凈水喝。第一天到得很晚，老闆還在大門沙發上等我登記入住。出行也很方便，走兩步就是步行街了。周邊超市零食店也多，關門也關得晚。

老闆是一個**的老頭，問他點問題就很不耐煩的樣子。 辦入住時很熱，我正在吹風扇，他直接把風扇頭搖過去對着自己吹，也不讓風扇搖下頭，給客人吹一點。 我訂的是“標準大床房”，描述中根本沒説“不含空調使用費”。老頭不但不給我用空調，還奚落客人花那麼點錢用什麼空調。我住過比你便宜的，能用空調的多的是。 就是一個二三十元檔次的小旅館，晚上車來車往的很吵，一晚上沒睡着。實在是忍不了，必須差評
