Best Hotels in Lima

The hotel is in a quiet suburb, because it is going to the Philadelphia premium outlets, so I chose this hotel and saw a few deer nearby. The breakfast is plentiful, the rooms are all suites, but it is a waste of time for me and Xiaobao to stay for one night.

Not sure about the rest of hotel, but avoid Room 201 ”Studio Suite” We've stayed here before, but will never stay at this hotel again. On this visit, we experienced the following: - smells like a dead skunk at distance or something soured in room (hits you when you go in room) - loose door handle to bathroom (both screws were almost fallen out, we fixed it) - very poor water pressure on sinks; asked front desk and they said they knew about it - shower handle broken, metal mechanism sticking out, but worked to start shower--seems like it will break off any minute - shower has a strange smell (not sure if coming from drain) - very, very slow draining on main sink (trap/pipe stem probably plugged up) - refrigerator not working, water at bottom of frig, probably mold forming - room not properly cleaned -- found toenail clippings under edge of bed - no lamp for desk - no USB ports anywhere in room - one chair in room, when there is plenty of room for two, if this is a suite type room - cold coffee in food area coffee pot (had to microwave) Good: - pet rates are very good - hair dryer works - beds look clean - microwave worked The smell alone was our main concern and should be for anyone staying in this room. We acclimated to it and just bode our time to get out of this place by morning.

In addition to a bit expensive, it is a very good hotel. The facilities are very complete, the front desk service is also good, the breakfast is a bit simple, but you can eat in the restaurant next door, and the traffic is very convenient.

The walls are very thin and could here people upstairs and next using the bathroom. The bed was very uncomfortable. Did not get a good night sleep due to the noise and uncomfortable bed.

My stay started with being greeted by some of the friendliest staff I have ever met. I felt so welcomed from the very beginning. They offered to help with my bags, make dining reservations and even offered a shuttle service if I needed to go anywhere. My room was very clean and the bed was so comfortable. Random bonus but I LOVE when hotels offer a pump liquid hand soap at the sink in the rooms instead of bar soap, I always feel so wasteful using a full bar soap only a handful of times when I stay one night in a hotel. The public areas (lobby and hallways) were clean and beautifully decorated. The staff checked on me every time I walked through to make sure I had everything I needed. I had a meeting in one of the meeting rooms and everything was set up perfectly and we were checked on multiple times. As an almost-full-time traveler I highly recommend this hotel!

The hotel is good overall, and the pricing on Trip.com is also very favorable.

The United States is the first choice for business trips. The service is very good and the life is convenient. One inconvenience for Chinese people is that there is no microwave donkey.

Pros: the location is great, many options around, seemed like a safe area near a lot of corporate parks. The staff was friendly and easily reachable. The TV was phenomenal and featured a swivel making it easy to connect HDMI for things like Firesticks. Room service has a fair menu, the food was good, veggies fresh and was delivered super quickly. Cons: The room itself did not meet my expectations for the Hilton family. The building was old, carpets were old, and while the main conference areas were impressive and well cared for and they had some gorgeous patio areas, the room I had seemed neglected. The pillows were hard feather style and seemed well used. The hairdryer was so old the print was wearing off. I booked a two night stay and the teeny shampoo bottle was only enough for one. The sheets and linens were clean and fresh but the comforter underneath had a stain on it. The mattress were stiff and springy and the furniture in the room was old with the finish wearing away. In the double queen room, the bathroom was so small that the door practically touched the toilet, and there was no steam vent. This is also one of those places where the A/C unit is built into a corner of the room and extremely loud. When it blows, it’s directly at the bed and in your face. The walls were thin, doors were loud and I could hear people talking in the halls. Lastly, normally all the Hiltons offer some kind of breakfast Buffett there was nothing, I could barely get coffee, and it was terrible coffee, they didn’t even offer flavored creamer. Also, a microwave would have been helpful. And my key stopped working in the middle of the second evening causing me to roam up and down the halls in my pajamas and no shoes.
