It has very, very good staff. The facilities in the room may be a bit aging. Timely feedback can provide prompt service. If the situation cannot be solved in a short time, it will help to change the room. The network signal in the room will be weak (there will be difficulties in using Wi-Fi/data, which is caused by problems in the building itself. The network signal on the G floor is very good)
The beach is on the right as you go out. There are many restaurants on the side street on the left, and of course you can also eat in the hotel (the hotel is very popular with local elderly people, and there will be music activities in the evening (I don’t know if it is fixed)

The hotel is very close to the seaside, not far from the cable car and the train station down the mountain. The hotel furnishings are a bit old, the rooms are not very comfortable, there is no lobby, and you need to pay to access the Internet in the room. There is almost no signal. English breakfast is provided. If you book a twin room, you need to pay another 65 pounds for the second stay. The service staff is friendly , very responsible. I left my bag in the restaurant at night and called to return it. Thank you very much.

Lovely location, brilliant staff one and all breakfast lived up to its ace reviews and for once the single room looked out of the front not over the bins . Issue with the internet while i was there i had to manage on a phone and llandudnos not spectacular 4g ....but probably more significant to the owners trying to do their business and easily made up for it by all the other points . Yes the rooms are quieky but its how the place has evolved if you want guarantees n everything perfect dont go and then complain but if you like individuality and real interested preople looking after you go . I ll be back

Fantastic location with easy access to local attractions. A stone's throw from the pier. Staff were friendly, polite and answered all questions. The only downside were the facilities. I can only speak for my room, but I had some broken fixtures, the TV had intermittent signal and the room was in desperate need of renovation. I would stay again but I would select a different room due to noise disturbances and upkeep. Added bonus was the vintage lift which was really cool.
