The room was comfortable & clean. Plenty of choice for breakfast. Staff helpful & pleasant.
It’s quite near the tourist area of The Tower of London etc & I was there to visit Tower Hill Memorial
of Mercantile losses @ sea are honoured from both World Wars.

Very good, hotel facilities are also good, but the card is always failed to swipe, running up and down many times and then reprogram the card for about three times before successfully swipe the door

The Hotel itself is clean and well maintained. However it is located too close to the train tracks where it can get noisy. Water pressure from shower is not that good either. Apart from that, the room was very spacious and clean and bathroom was a great size as well.

Only a single bed although I’d paid for a double. Very cold room and located in an annexed building. Moving through the alleyways to get there wasn’t pleasant.

The outside of the hotel looked like not very fancy but once I got in everything was so clean and comfortable. I loved the reception very good service from them. The area was so central to everything. Bus stop was just a few minutes work. Would stay there again if I ever went back.

I was honoured to be invited to a garden party at Buckingham Palace along with some of my shipmates. The hotel was ideally situated for our needs been close to tube stations etc. The staff were friendly, the hotel was clean and the breakfast very good. Also there was a wetherspoons just down the road.

When I arrived I discovered I'd booked the wrong date! But the member of staff on the reception desk, Tulasi, sorted it all out for me in minutes. Very efficient and with a pleasant and helpful manner, too. Well done on such excellent customer service.

We had a large group booking and we were fortunate to have the manager Rhiannon greet us. Rhiannon went above and beyond for our staff, ensuring we were all fed before our early start. Can't thank her enough for this and other things she done for us. Location was perfect for where we needed to be.

Unclean , unsafe for single travelers Showers are a joke , they don’t stay hot or cold or at the same flow There’s an alley you have to cross to get to some rooms which the hotel deems unsafe for single female guests but is ok for single male guests . I’ve no idea how they work that out General maintence is non existent so the rooms are falling to bits

Bathroom dirty no bath mat to stand on after shower. I wet shave and no plug in sink made it difficult. Bed not made up whilst there for 4 nights.nor room cleaned nor bathroom cleaned.Noisy hotel

Excellent, thoughtful and friendly service from Karim in the restaurant. The hotel was otherwise… typically Travelodge. Comfortable. Uniform and - why a 200 character minimum for this review. There’s nothing more I’d like to say. All is well

Looking for a place to sleep. Then this hotel is fine. Be sure to get a room with an even roomnumber. Then you are not near tje train tracks. We where in 112 and did not hear the trains at all. Room wasn't cleaned propperly, shower did not work (hot, cold, hot, cold). But we had 2 good nights of sleep an the metro station of Tower Hill and Aldgate East are close by.
