Was terribly disappointed, the apar**ent block is very run down as fire extinguishers sitting on floor fire escape door missing handle Apar**ent smelt of food and was not very clean , the furniture I wouldn’t sit on was so stained and rugs you wouldn’t take your shoes off because they would stain your feet My partner nearly cried, told reception we weren’t happy, they replied had nothing else in the area available, so we left to find a decent hotel They refuse to refund any of our money Didn’t let it ruin our holiday

Handy accommodation to be able to visit the city sights. Public transport easily accessible. Apar**ent very tiny but still was suitable and met requirements but found that room stayed in did not match pictures as shown online (online looked much more luxurious than in reality). Room could do with some maintenance (eg, paint peeling and mold in bathroom, gaps in floorboard joinery). Reception staff pleasant and helpful, easy to communicate with.

This place is truly deserving of 0 stars, smelly, dirty carpets, furniture and bathroom, cracked tiles everywhere tiny corridors and a lift for 2 at a squeeze. I would honestly not keep my dog there, a kennel smells better than these apar**ents. We booked 2 apar**ents and paid for 7 nights with our friends walked out after 7 minutes. Found alternate accommodation. Needless to say NO REFUND! These are not refurbished apar**ents their pictures are fake. We have lots of photos to show it for what it is a pig sty.

The apar**ent is cozy and had all what I needed. The proximity of the apar**ent from the Hyde park, Oxford street, and other notable sites added to its value. The only drawback is the size of the elevator, as it’s barely handles 2 persons. The apar**ent nightly rate was fine, and the staff were very welcoming and cooperative.

Loved our stay. It was perfect! Would definitely come back.

The studio was pleasant, clean and very centrally located. The service was very good and helpful.

Wonderfully located apar**ent with a very comfortable lounge and well equipped and very spacious. The flat could do with a freshen-up and nee pillows - otherwise excellent.

Location is fabulous but the property is in poor condition internally and laid out badly. The bed was a fold up to the wall bed and had a very thin mattress. THe shower stall is only suitable for thin people as the door does not allow you to get through. THe tray is slippery when wet but not mat supplied, it is also a high step down onto the floor which encourages falling when exiting the shower. The kitchen is reasonably equiped but lacks crockery sufficient for catering a full meal. There was no roasting pans for use in the oven. The entertainment system supplied looked impressive but was not usable as the wires were tangled up so much that they could not be untangled. The air conditioner is behind heavy curtains and is inadequate for the room. Opening the window was not possible as the street outisde is extremely noisy.

Yusuf in reception was AMAZING. Very helpful. Straightforward and informative.
