We were struggling to work out our evening. We stopped at the St Germaine branded bar on Bishopsgate. We were greeted by Elpee. From the outset they made us feel welcome and went above and beyond in making sure we were comfortable. They let us choose our seat, and set us up for what we expected to be a brief libation. My disabled partner and I were really impressed with Elpees attentiveness and quality of service. Being in London and disabled it can be a hard to navigate and aggressive environment. Our stop refreshed us, and made a it an exciting stop in our brief to the city.

I was a whole week at the Andaz for a business trip. I can confirm that it made my trip so much better. The hotel is located at a top spot in London, were you have plenty of restaurants and shops pretty close and the Liverpool Street station at the corner. The restaurants at the hotel are really good. My colleagues and I enjoyed breakfast, lunch and some beers at three of the places in the hotel. The service was quick and effective and the people were really nice. The rooms are pretty comfortable and the space to work is adequate. The only thing that I had to point out is that the Wi-Fi at some points was a bit intermittent.

The front desk guide is very patient. The whole service was very attentive, treated the children kindly, and gave them small gifts. 1 minute walk from Tower Bridge subway station, convenient travel. It is very suitable if you choose to stop and go in London instead of stepping on the scenic spots. There is a Chinese restaurant on the first floor. The roast duck is very authentic, and other small dishes are also good. It is the first choice if you want to change the taste occasionally. In addition, there is a Michelin star on the first floor. I don’t have time to try it. I will try it next time.

Hotel location is very close to a subway station. ( Tower Hill Station ). It is also very close to the London Bridge. Room is spacious and clean. Every staff is so polite and helpful. We had a wonderful stay experience in this hotel. Kudos to all the staff in Tower Suites. Thank you !

Myself, brother and sister and father stayed for 1 night for my father's 80th birthday. I contacted the hotel in advance to let them know it was my father's birthday and the hotel very kindly organised for complimentary cakes for his hotel room along with offering us a welcome drink on the house and had even left a hand written card in his room. They went over and beyond to make him feel special and the personal touch was very much appreciated. Haytam was particularly helpful and friendly ensuring we had everything we needed throughout our stay - thank you for your hospitality. The rooms were full of mod cons - loved the automated black out blinds. We had breakfast included in our rate which was all cooked fresh and delicious. We had a drink and nibbles in the bar during the evening - nice balance of an atmosphere but not too loud and the food was nicely presented. Super close to Moorgate tube and not far from Liverpool St also so very easy to get to and a lovely stay overall so would definitely recommend.

When I made a mistake at the time of booking, I saw that the room information showed that the facilities for the disabled were provided, and I didn’t think about it. I found that it was a special room for the disabled. It was really embarrassing. . . Before the check-in, the hotel contacted me via Ctrip and asked me about my check-in time. My answer may arrive at noon, which will be far earlier than the hotel's check-in time. The reply will be arranged according to the situation on the day. On the day of the check-in, we arrived at the hotel around 11:00 and they were all ready. Thank you very much! The hotel was originally remodeled by the bank and opened only last year, new and atmospheric. There are seven or eight restaurants in the hotel lobby, and the taste is comprehensive. Geographically, it is located in the downtown area, walking close to the hotels around the Thames, and next to the subway station. The decor of the room is completely classic British style, the details are carefully polished, very special and very like. There are no less than 20 kinds of bath products, which is extremely luxurious. I saw a comment on the book saying that the sound of the music downstairs was noisy, but the actual experience was completely unrecognizable. The sound insulation of the window was well done. The sound of the door next door was noisy. This may be the only fly in the ointment.

Staff at the hotel front desk are extremely helpful! The hotel is well designed in modern style, like it every bit in the details.Location is convenient with good shopping malls and restaurant nearby, subway Liverpool station is 10-min walk from the hotel. We stayed here for 3 nights to celebrate my daughters 40th, we stayed on the 5th floor, we had room 30 which had a dodgy door so make sure it’s closed properly if you stay in it, the room was advertised as a city view but all we could see was the royal London hospital, my daughter had room 33 which you could see the shard from, just so your aware if your paying extra for the view it’s not really worth it, anyway to the good points of which there were many, check in was very quick and easy, you will need a £50 refundable deposit upon arrival, the reception staff were all very helpful and friendly, the room was very modern and we had plenty of space, the bed was comfy and we never heard any noise from anywhere during our stay, the rooms are a little sp**** and clinical, a few pictures on the walls would make a huge difference but didn’t in any way affect our stay, the area itself isn’t the best, lots of shops that were wholesale only, all shuttered up on a night with lots of graffiti on them, if you leave the apartments and turn right you come to the Castle pub, we went in here for a drink but the music wasn’t to our liking so left after one, if you keep to the left where the street splits at the Castle it’s like a different world, new buildings all very nice and clean, this way takes you towards the Tower Hill tube station which we used as we called into the Goodman’s field (Wetherspoons) for a breakfast to start the day, there are closer tube stations to the Aptel though, we would stay here again but it’s a little too far out for me, but don’t hesitate if your thinking of booking it, you won’t be disappointed

W/End away in London. We were looking for a hotel close to the river Thames & St. Catherine’s Docks inc. Tower Bridge & St. Paul’s Cathedral. Eventually we found the Clubquaters Hotel in St. Paul’s. which was was spot on for location. The hotel was superb, great facilities, inc. a gym. the room was lovely, Reception staff were very helpful. Just off the Reception is a direct link door to the superb Cotes Restaurant, so we could start our day off with a great Full English Breakfast. Yum…Yum it was spot on! The location of the hotel is superb….St. Paul’s Cathedral right next door…a Bell Ring away….the River Thames including the famous Millennium Bridge, a short walk away. Close to St. Paul’s Underground along with city bus stops and numerous extremely convenient shops., couldn’t fault it. Spot on!

Compact room but - as someone else said - nothing was missing. Well laid out bathroom and very, very warm room in stark contrast to freezing outside temperatures. Due to this the fire alarm went off in the morning waking us up with a start! Room with tea & coffee and very nice muffins and complimentary water. Staff very friendly and helpful. Central location to the City, near Liverpool Station and Bank. Overall recommended for 1 or 2 nights stay, would visit again.

Very nice hotel and amazing location. Nice shops and tesco market near the hotel, about a 3 minutes walk. The nearest underground stations are monument and bank. The employees are very cooperative and helpful. There is complementary coffee and water in the lobby which is wonderful and a time saver. Room and bathroom are clean, bed is comfy. As for the facilities, unfortunately there wasn’t a safe box in the room but you can get a safe box in the lobby which both you and the staff have keys to, both keys have to be present to open the safe box. And one of the rooms that we booked didn’t have a fridge which we didn’t mind at all. In regards to the quietness, we can slightly hear the doors opening from the rooms near us. Over all I would rate the hotel 9/10. Thanks to ismail and parshant .

The hotel has a history of hundreds of years. The door is very small and it is easy to walk by accidentally, so that every time you go back to the neighborhood, you have to look at it. There are stairs and elevators (the elevator is so narrow that it can accommodate two adults and two large luggage). But none of these things affect my quality experience. First of all, the reception was very enthusiastic. Although English was like white paper, I couldn't understand what she was saying, but I still felt her thoughtful and meticulous care and warm attitude. The facilities in the hotel from the inside to the outside did not have a sense of centuries-old. Retained some hundred years of temperament, but the internal facilities are very modern, especially the bathroom, simple and clean, enough to meet my needs for the bathroom. Especially worth mentioning is that coffee, tea bags, biscuits, chocolates in the room are provided every day. Water and bubble water can be free and unlimited. The day before, we also bought water in the supermarket to take it back. Although it is less than 1 pound, if you need to buy it back every day, It's also very troublesome and expensive. In particular, I am a big water drinker 😂 The Nestle capsule coffee machine in the room is easy to use. It makes me want to buy a thought to bring it back for the first time. The hotel is located in the financial street. It is very convenient to go anywhere. The bus bus and subway station are close at hand. It is still very convenient to go back to the hotel to rest when you are tired. By the way, this trip to London has a much better experience of the bus than the subway. The Hotel was beautiful and I would go back. But we had a mistake and intead of booking our last night be booked a night early, they had empty rooms but wouldn't let us change the date, so they were going to charge us an extra 300£ for one extra night, for which we didn't stay. By all this, they blamed Trip.com, they said if we had booked over the hotel we could've changed it, but as we booked over another company it was not possible due to their agreement with them.
