Comfort Inn Near Old Town Pasadena in Eagle Rock Reviews

A little difficult to find but pleasant welcome with a small buffet available with refreshments, initially they allocated us to room 104 on the ground floor, noisy at night we can hear people passing by shouting and especially helping themselves to the ice dispenser next door in addition to the noise of the motors of this device and drink dispensers. In short, in the morning I just had to talk about it and they quickly changed my room. The sunny and pleasant swimming pool and jacuzzi. Smiling and available staff.

Decent hotel to stay, staff is very good. Love the breakfast. Ample amount of parking in the hotel and have good dining options nearby the hotel. There is a shopping complex near to hotel too.

It’s fine enough but it’s loud, the rooms smell like cleaning solution mixed with old smoke smell and are very outdated

The bed was stellar, always a parking spot, the hot tub relaxing and the breakfast more than expected. Seriously, excellent well kept Comfort Inn. Would stay again.

This was an excellent motel. Well maintained, very clean, great laundry. I didn’t use the pool but it looked nice. Breakfast was simple but good. There were 2 car chargers which you had to pay for but the price was as I would expect for this type of place.

This is a perfect hotel for a quick trip to California. We were on a college tour trip and this location was central to the schools we were checking out. The neighborhood of Eagle Rock had a lot to offer for meals and walkable streets. We’d stay here again.

Everything was great, room was clean, staff was nice. Only downside was the wifi was not great.

The shower in the accessible room needs repair (floor to wall looked lousy and accummulates dirt which was very visible. Anyway, we requested for a room change which was given the following day.

Great breakfast, very clean, convenient to go directly to Universal Studios. We stayed from Fri 1/19 to Mon 1/22 and we enjoyed the free parking and hot tub and pool

Room is molded and dark and dirty I couldn’t even stay there for one minute I left immediately

The staff was very helpful. Our room was next to vending, so that was a little bit of a pain. Otherwise, we had a great stay. Thanks Comfort Inn staff for your help and hospitality.

Comfort Inn came to the rescue after a botched AirBNB stay. We arrived at our AirBNB on my birthday to find an eviction notice!! Apparently the AirBNB host hadn't paid her rent, but that didn't stop her from attempting to rent the place out to unsuspecting travelers. Luckily, Comfort Inn was able to accommodate our family of five without any prior notice. The room was ready for us immediately, and we awoke to a hot breakfast. Highly recommend!

The facility was transparent that the parking was not guarranteed, but we were pointing out to the staff that there was one car who took 2 spots and we were asking him to help us to locate the owner of the car but he refused to. He wasn’t friendly or helpful at all.

Great property in a quieter part of LA, near a bunch of stores within walkin distance in case you need anything.
