Spent 2 nights here, the hotel is close to central Luanda and some of the attractions. Expensive, small rooms, bed was comfy, intermittent hot water in a small shower room but that's about all. Breakfast basic, but they would cook an omlette on request. Wifi is available and parking around the corner
