"A bit expensive compared to other places in Africa. But what do you expect in Luanda, the 9th most expensive city in the world. The studio has all the basic necessities including a kitchen and living room. Room 1102 on the 11th floor has excellent views of the city and a dedicated WiFi router just for your room. The buffet is fine but can get a little repetitive but you takeaway from a multitude of restaurants in the area. 2 grocery stores are also within walking distance so all in all a good place - if you can pay USD 200+"
