房間很乾凈，能在房間裏泡湯簡直完美，服務也很棒，我們到的時候已經快9點了，小哥全程幫我們拿行李帶路，教我們怎麼放温泉水，有求必應，很棒！

總體而言住宿體驗不錯：
1.離海螺溝景區駕車十分鐘，可以睡到自然醒再去景區；
2.前台小姐姐和小哥哥們服務到位，幫忙提行李，交流海螺溝景區情況，便於安排出行；
3.私湯房泡温泉很舒服，私密性好；
4.房間裝修是精心設計的，而且床墊很舒服，睡得很香。

房間很乾凈，設施都比較新，地處山間，還有天然温泉可泡，是個休閑度假娛樂放鬆的好去處。酒店距離磨西古鎮不到十分鐘車程，十分便利。我們到店快一點了，老闆一直等着我們到店，十分貼心。海螺溝22年的地震對周邊影響還是有點大，去往酒店的路以及周邊民宿都有不同程度損毀，但酒店整體修繕工作很好，二期工程也在規劃建設，期待下次來海螺溝再定這裏～

很不錯的温泉酒店。户外有很多尺子，可以一邊欣賞美景，一邊泡温泉。室內的温泉更不錯，私湯不限量。是真的天然温泉。

温泉是真棒，服務也很好，接待我們的小姐姐很温柔。還有小哥哥幫忙拿行李到房間。主要是床品都很舒服，泡完温泉美美的睡上一覺第二天再上海螺溝，精力充沛。下次還會推薦朋友來，確實很值得

帶70歲父母川西自駕遊，原定房型床小，現場補差價升級房間，值了！硫磺温泉是真心好，沒有去公共温泉，房間裏的湯池放水快，池子也夠大足夠3-4個人同時泡，私密性強，很乾凈（自己可以用普通冷水沖洗），除了情侶也非常適合親子。
感謝小鄧的熱情接待，海螺溝兩晚住的非常滿意！雖然景點有些小小失望，冰川比較一般，也沒看到貢嘎山，就當幫助災後重建做貢獻吧！酒店唯一缺點就是早飯需要改進，淡季平日簡單到幾乎沒東西可以吃。

私湯的靜謐和公共浴池的樂趣都能享受到。
私湯的水是現用現放的，水流很大，不用等太久。
一早起來就看見工作人員在清理公共浴池，介紹順小浴池都是每日清洗的。
停車場很寬敞。
接待小姐姐超級熱情。
