I feel at home. Thanks to the front desk, the restaurant and the shuttle bus driver who took us in and out of the hotel. Although I stayed in the hotel for a short time, the hotel's services were very good. I will definitely come again if I have the chance.

I booked the No. 1 and most expensive hotel on Ctrip during the May Day holiday, but it was not worth it. I will never stay there again. First of all, the hotel is located in a remote area, and it is not convenient to go anywhere. You can take the hotel shuttle bus. But the shuttle bus is not convenient, and it is infuriating to take the bus several times. You have to wait for 20 minutes for a 10-minute ride, and it is said to be a traffic jam. I looked at the navigation and there was no traffic jam at all. He just wanted to pick up more guests at one time and let you wait at the station in vain. There was not a single truth. The most infuriating thing was that on the second night, it was raining heavily. We walked to the designated pick-up point with difficulty. After waiting for more than 20 minutes, he called us to go to another station to take the bus, saying that the road was closed. But we saw cars coming and going at the place where we were waiting for the bus. He only thought about how to make it convenient for himself, and didn't care about the situation of the guests at all. In addition, the hotel's car can obviously go directly to the Meilu Villa scenic spot. When I asked the driver if he could go directly to the scenic spot, the driver deliberately didn't answer, and asked you to get off at one more station and then queue up to go back. I really can't understand how people with this mentality can provide good service? There is no scenery from the hotel room. The triple room only comes with two pairs of slippers. I took a hot shower, but the water became dirtier and dirtier halfway through (see the picture below) and there was no hot water in the end. It's a rip-off. In short, it's not worth it. The attitude of the service staff is wrong. I won't stay here again.

The location is a bit remote, the hotel is a bit winding, the hourly shuttle bus is a bit of a waste of time, and I called for a pillow but it wasn't delivered. The hotel environment and other services are OK, and the hygiene is OK!

The service is very good. The room was upgraded, and there was a shuttle service to the scenic spot. The most important thing is that they sent someone to deliver the luggage. It is a very considerate service. This is also one of the hotels that is closer to the city's five-star hotels among all the scenic spots I stayed in. The breakfast is also quite good. The children don't eat in the morning, and the hotel also gave them a takeaway box to pack. It is especially recommended for tourists going to Lushan to experience it.

There are not many regular hotels to choose from in Lushan, so I finally chose this one. The advantages are that the room is large, the bed is moderately soft and hard, the bedding is comfortable, the service is good, and the breakfast is quite rich. Because there are many people staying during the May Day holiday, there was no water for showering at around 9 pm. I waited for more than half an hour for hot water to come, which is understandable. The next day, the staff sent a small tea set to express their apology. The hotel is more suitable for self-driving because it is a bit far from the central city. But it is convenient to have the hotel's own shuttle bus. It is better to come to Lushan in the off-season, and the experience will be better. I will come again if I have the chance.

Similar to Shenkeng Hotel, walk from top to bottom. The hardware and software should be the best in Lushan, the service is also very good, and the restaurant is also good. You can watch the sunset in the lobby, but unfortunately, it rained and fogged, so I didn't see the sunset. If I have to say a disadvantage, it is that there are too many rooms in the hotel, and it is a bit inconvenient to change elevators twice to get to the room. I will stay here again next time.
