3樓原木大床房。全新現代化裝修。木頭地板。乾淨沒有異味。比老式的地毯好很多。洗手間兩個洗手盆。方便好用。淋浴設備，熱水充足，水量大。整體採光度合適。總之3樓的設備非常好
早餐頗為豐富。但是比較適合川人口味。不喜愛辣餐的朋友。選擇不是太多
出入交通比較方便。去東南西北都可以到達。而且車資比較划算

設施陳舊，管理鬆懈，疫情期間沒有防疫措施，還有就是竟然車子進來接我馬上出去就要收十塊錢，哪裡都是半小時內不收錢的，唯一可取之處是服務態度還可以，但是肯定以後不會去住了

這是五星酒店？看了一下評論，設施老舊深有體會，服務好沒感受到。晚上8點左右到的，司機説裏面停車麻煩都不願進酒店，直接推着行李爬坡進酒店。酒店門口無迎賓，更沒人查驗健康碼。衞生間感應燈故障，隔一段時間自動打開折騰了一晚。淋浴間漏水，差點滑倒。洗髮液泵頭壞的。早餐廳無服務員引導入座，早餐品種少品質一般，特別是西點，補菜靠催。想和值班經理反饋，也一直沒有來。

房間總體還可以，但和想象的五星級賓館房間差距有點大，早餐也豐盛。本來辦理入住時服務人員是很熱情的，倍受感動，心中還想着給個好評，但晚上洗澡時在浴室被水龍頭開關碰傷了頭，出了一些血，下樓去問服務員附近有沒有葯店，服務人員不冷不熱的，多的也不問一下，説明酒店在應急管理和客户服務方面有欠缺。

前臺客服員非常有禮熱情。房間基本上打理得清潔。還預備了寫上我名字的枕頭套和小毛巾，十分驚喜。也準備了水果盤迎接住客。看得上上下下都用心經營。以後再到訪瀘州，必定再選這家酒店。酒店提供自家停車場，車位充足。😊
