The entrance is a bit tricky. Look for the only stone archway on the facade of the building and enter there. Walk down the small hallway to the end and ring the front desk from an old intercom. They'll buzz you in and then take the elevator to the 4th floor. They'll buzz you in to the hostel entrance when you get to the 4th floor. Nobody spoke English but we found that the front desk is always staffed so you'll be able to get into the property at any time day or night. We had zero problems in this regard.
You're within walking distance of Prado, 10 minutes. There are a many, many restaurants and things to do near by. I would stay again without hesitation.

A basic room with all the amenities. Great location. Staff very welcoming; spoke little English. The room was spotless. Good air-conditiong. Few minutes walk to the Prado. They had a safe. Someone was there to buzz you in 24 /7.

Nice. Comfy. Close to center of Madrid! Receptionist was very helpful. Had 2 twin beds and we were hoping for a double. Very Clean. Rooms are small and seem very close to eachother. Good price.

Private room with double bed and private bath walking distance to all of downtown Madrid!
We loved it!!!
The staff (especially Elvira) were very informative and really made our dtay wonderful!!!

Je n'ai malheureusement pas pu profiter de mon voyage car j'ai été testé positive à la Covid-19 la veille de mon départ... J'avais pris une assurance annulation mais l'hôtel ne considère pas un cas de Covid-19 positif comme motif justifiable d'annulation gratuite, et j'ai tout de même été contrainte de payer les frais... double peine !! Je suis très déçue de leur réaction étant donné que ça n'est de toute évidence pas ma faute, je pense quand même que dans les circonstances actuelles il devrait être normal d'être remboursé pour ce genre d'imprévu
