JW Marriott has never been disappointed. The decoration style is very in line with my preferences. The small balcony in the room is a plus. The location is also in the city center. It is very convenient to go everywhere. I will stay here next time.

Beautiful hotel in the heart of the old town of Madrid. At your doorstep are restaurants, quaint squares and wonderful shopping. The inside of the hotel is beautiful, the staff is wonderful and the breakfasts are delicious- its a must stay for your next trip to Madrid!

Loved our stay Lovely room upgraded us to terrace room Huge room with large terrace overlooking gorgeous buildings Location quite central Room very quiet and well serviced Lots of dining and sightseeing close by Didn’t try the restaurant but it looked nice and heard good things about the food They had a bar out front by the lobby but sadly not very busy and staff usually wasn’t at the bar but had to be paged at the restaurant Not great vibe but the bar was quite pretty Not a big deal we still enjoyed couple nights there having nightcaps Def would recommend and they treated us well recognizing our platinum status

The JW Marriott Madrid is a fabulous new hotel in the center of Madrid. Some of the highlights are detailed below! Location: Central, near many attractions, restaurants, bars, shopping, and relatively close to the train station (Atocha). Staff: Extremely welcoming, attentive, and helpful. We arrived early and did not wait long for our room (upgraded to a Junior Suite with a terrace). Our experience with the front desk, bar staff, restaurant staff and doormen were all wonderful. Room: Our room was stunning (Junior Suite). The décor is modern luxury, very spacious, and the bathroom was huge and well equipped. The large high-quality bath towels were great too. By far the most special part of the room/hotel was our terrace overlooking the city. We enjoyed several bottles of wine while watching the sunset. Hotel (General): The lobby, restaurant, gym and common spaces are all beautiful. The breakfast was fantastic, the meat and cheese station was a fun extra. The lobby bar was generally quiet, a nice spot to enjoy a drink before heading out in the evening. My partner and I have stayed at many Marriott properties all over the world, and the JW Marriott Madrid is one of our new favorites. Highly recommend when staying in Madrid!
