The location is general, the work is convenient to book this hotel, the facilities are better, clean and hygienic, the service attitude is warm, it is convenient to go out for a taxi, the next time you will book this hotel again, the overall satisfaction.

One of the best hostel I've ever been to. The 8-people shared bedroom was BIG, with beds safely distant. The overall cleanliness of the host was good, the atmosphere was great (with sangria parties going on every night downstairs and Madrid tours every morning) but the best part was the staff: super friendly and ready to help you. The Italian girl working at the reception was lovely! She recommended lots of her favourite restaurants and they were so good. Thank you so much!

Good position set feet from the Playa Major. Easy to get to all the major sights. Lots of bars, restaurants & ice cream parlours nearby. Friendly staff, only 1 of whom spoke English well enough to converse with. However, the noisiest city centre hotel room I have ever stayed in (I’ve stayed in cities all over the world). It felt like there was no window - you could hear absolutely everything happening or being said. Ok during the day but at night this led to 4 nights with little sleep. Bathrooms need serious redecoration - mould growing in grouting & ceiling where the paint was hanging off in flakes. A pity as the fittings were of good quality & the toiletries lovely. Ate outside so cannot comment on the food. This 4 night stay cost quite a lot of money & I expected more quality than I got.

We had prepaid for 2 nights (non-cancellation booking) but arrived late as the plane from Ecuador was delayed. They refused us access to our room, even though the room was available and was prepaid. They said we should have arrived within a certain check in time, but this was not written anywhere in the confirmation nor policies we got, when we booked through ***********, which *********** also confirmed to us in writing The hotel just cancelled the booking (even though it was a non-cancellation booking), and they would not give us any help, give the money back or let us in to the empty room.

The guest house is a 5-minute walk from Puerta del Sol sol subway/train station. It is ideally located close to Plaza Mayor and Plaza Mayor. The staff was warm and courteous, especially Antonio, patiently introducing attractions and food guides, friendly talks, even when I went back late, I was humorously worried, haha. The rooms are small, the items are a bit old, but they are relatively clean, and the sisters who provide room cleaning every day are very responsible. The only regret is that I did not live in a room with a balcony.
