This hotel is probably the best hotel in Majalengka. The parking lot is quite wide. The breakfast options vary not too much but quite refreshing. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable even though the room size was a bit narrow and limited. One less enjoyable incident when I stayed there was the police ransom, which would disturb the guests' time. It looks like the government is not ready to accept tourists.

A clean hotel with good standard amenities. It's just that the standard room size is a bit narrow and the breakfast menu needs a variation both in taste and taste, because the breakfast 2 times the same menu: fried rice, white rice, fried rice temp, oyster vegetables, bread and tea/coffee. The restaurant's opening hours should be longer and provide more and adequate food when the hotel is full like that. The staff was quite friendly and helpful to arrange so that our 2 rooms could be on one floor even though we were a bit late for booking, just a bit noisy by the sound of the children from the next room because it was the holiday season and the hotel was full. Staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is good. Shower was nice and warm water, but the washroom is kind of like an airplane washroom. The main negative thing is just the cleanliness of the bed and room needs to be improved more and there was a bad smell in the room on the first day. The second day after they cleaned the room it smelled fine.

Achiera Hotel is located near Sumberjaya exit in Jatiwangi Square. The environment is calm and quiet despite being in the center of the city. My first impression of this hotel is simple and modern. Knowing that its opening was on February 2023 makes so much sense because I can feel the ”new” vibe of this hotel. The hospitality is top-notch, really the highlight of my stay experience. The staff made my check-in and check-out process so much easier. I was attending a seminar at that time and personally asked for a late check-out (I was checking out at 1 p.m. when it was supposed to be 12 p.m.) and they gave me permission with no charge addition. Excellent! Now, moving to FOOD. The breakfast is quite standard but close to my heart since it has my favorite menu for breakfast, Indomie (LOL). It was a personal reason but overall, for me as a foodie, the foods are delicious and we could taste some traditional vibe on the dishes. For sure will come back again to Achiera Hotel if I have a chance to visit Majalengka again. Good job, Achiera!

i do wish this hotel has swimming pool, so i can give 5 ratings instead of 4. i had a business trip to cirebon and stay here for 1 night. breakfast was so so, standard 3 star hotel. service was excellent from the reception, facility good. but... i had a corner room that was near to a kind of machine or water pump i don't know. i was to tired to ask change the room.
