This is an add-on booking. Truly pleasant service throughout the stay, front desk was able to accommodate slightly earlier check-in on the day of my arrival. Room is absolutely clean, spacious and comfortable, housekeeping staff were enthusiastic. Daily turn down service for the evening. Amenities like the pool, fitness centre, sauna and steam rooms were excellent too. Breakfast was a spread which included some Filipino items on the menu. Overall a very enjoyable stay.

I booked a Deluxe Suite at the Makati Shangri La and the room was spacious and comfortable. Unfortunately despite the website stating that a DVD player was in the suite there was none as they had apparently upgraded the TV and the new TV did not have a DVD connection and the new TV controls were a nightmare as they do not have a numerical button to change stations. The first night I was unable to change from CNN and the bedroom TV was stuck in menu mode so the next day the technician came to explain the controls and had to call in a colleague to re-programme the TV after which some channels worked but many channels showed an error message that the cable was not plugged in correctly to the set top box so they could not be accessed. Unlike other Horizon Club lounges this hotel did not have a chardonnay for the cocktail hour but a prosecco, viognier and pinot gris none of which I normally enjoy but the shiraz and cabernet sauvignon were acceptable. Likewise the canapes were sp**** and only paired with the white wine and not the red (which a lot of lounges are guilty of). There was a small selection of cocktails available. The lounge staff were very friendly and helpful even on the busy nights bar the first night when I was left waiting for a while to replenish my wine glass.

The hotel is old, like the kitchen and sink wood, but the furniture has been renovated, and there is a dining table for four people. The price is high, the bathroom needs cleaning, there are stains, the TV is small and there is no YouTube, smoking is not allowed in most rooms The hotel has a place on the sixth floor that is open and there are no chairs. Some workers lack experience and need more training. They annoy you by hinting at giving them money, but some of them, on the contrary, are very excellent in dealing, and in particular the respected employee Alan in the hotel restaurant treats him professionally.

This hotel is in a good location, about 45 minutes from the international airport. 3 stayed for 3 nights. Right from arrival we were welcomed by helpful staff and had a speedy check-in. At the same time they gave us a room upgrade. The room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. The facilities were excellent. Again the staff were very hospital and nothing was trouble for them. We even liked the long bar with live band. We will be back to Manila soon and will not think of staying in any other hotel except The Fairmount. We were escorted to our room and everything was explained in details by the concierge who also helped us book the Manila city your for the next day with a reliable agent.

This hotel gave a tip top services from the staffs with clean n big room. They are very polite and helpful. Verities of breakfast n free flow of non alcohol drinks served at the lounge. The hotel has a very nice location in Makati, surrounded by many very good restaurants and cafes, is very quite at night so you can get a good night of sleep, the staff is very friendly and helpful with anything I asked from them! Room is very spacious and most important very clean! Is definitely worth booking with them if planning to stay in the city for few days. About makati is a very safe area and is also easy to get from there to Intramuros or binondo, taxi or grab would be between 300 and 400 peso. You are on a walking distance (15 minutes or less) from Poblacion which is the club and bar area. Highly recommend this place!

Very good location, professional and friendly staff and absolutely clean and spacious room. Foods were fine and amenities were quite satisfactory. While furniture and decorations could improve , I would assess the property as one of the best in town. Would definitely go back.

Big thanks to the team at The Sphere for making my stay super comfortable and flawless. I stayed for 5 nights together with my colleagues for a conference in the same venue. We had to go thru a long line to check in. It took awhile before we were able to get to our room. The amenities are beautiful and first class. The negative thing that happened to me is that, the key did not function when I used it in the elevator. W were supposed to check out at 12pm as I was going up, i wasn’t able to use it because the key was disabled automatically. It happen that the staff was escorting somebody in the elevator. I asked her to assist me. She told me me I need to go back to counter to reactivate it. Too much hassle because the line check out was too long. They should deactivate that key when i was fully checked out.).

The staff here are so incredibly kind and accommodating. When we first checked in they told us they upgraded us to a bigger room which was a nice surprise! Unfortunately, the air conditioning wasn’t working so we let them know and they upgraded us to an even BIGGER room! A whole presidential suite that had a living room, bathroom with a tub, and a huge bedroom with a smart TV. We had a special stay for sure and the room was clean and well kept. Breakfast is also quite generous with several choices for food. All in all, would come back for the staff and the hotel upkeep. Special shout out to Ms. Karisse, Amylee, Honey, Pauline, Ralph, and Darwin for an unforgettable experience!

Satisfied with everything. Service was immaculate. I couldn't get over how efficient, professional, and friendly ALL the staff were. The Thai restaurant is really nice. They also have a Japanese and all-day dining buffet restaurant. Rooms are fine. Bed is comfortable. The hotel is old, which can be seen in the slightly noisy air con, and the old exercise machines in the gym. Otherwise, everything was great. Very close to the airport, so made it easy to get to and from the hotel by taxi.

The condo hotel has a great location near shopping & business district. The condotel itself is old and tired looking. The room was basic, clean, functional but the towels were old & worn. Thankfully the AC & fridge worked well. As in all hotels I’ve been too in the Philippines, the staff was courteous, friendly & helpful. There’s visible security staff always present at the small lobby which I thought was unusual for a no frills condotel. Overall, I would recommend Princess Plaza as a good value if you’re looking for a no-frills, functional room close to the shopping centers.

Check-in was very smooth and required a late check-out. The front desk actively delayed for one hour and said it was free. There are many families to stay in. The security guard and the front desk are particularly responsible. Because it is an apartment, it will not be as much staff as the hotel. But there is a kind of temperature that will not be warmly received. Plain life. Will try to meet the requirements of the guests. Opposite is greenblte very close. I feel good

I stayed here for three nights and it was really nice, lovely room and very helpful staff nothing was a problem to them all. I left after three days to go to Boracay for five days but then returned again to a really nice room , this time I went up to the roof top in the morning with my coffee but also after I returned at night with a glass of wine. The views are amazing from up on the roof ,Very safe and very quiet , again the staff are always polite I also got my laundry done which was a great service your bag of laundry gets piked up by 10am and brought back washed and ironed by 5pm brilliant! The Greenbelt Mall is just across the road , the 7/11 is next door for any supplies you might need , defenently recommend The Charter House

I had such a great time staying here. You can’t ask for a better location. Yes, the rooms are a bit dated but you pay for location and you barely stay in your room exploring this beautiful city. Thank you so much to Harly and King at concierge. They were extremely helpful the last few days from helping me coordinate pickup for my laundry service to making sure I was always had a ride to wherever I needed to go. They go the extra mile here. We enjoyed breakfast a few days during our stay, and thank you to Ann and Joy. They hooked us up with mangos. You made our stay so much better. I will always choose this hotel due to the proximity and the service they provide.

Good value for money. The room is spacious but slightly old, the elevator is rickety, the front desk is on the second floor, and the security guard on the ground floor asks East. It was in the commercial and residential building that I had more than 20 rooms and then changed into a so-called apartment hotel. Good location, convenient travel, great view, overlooking most of Makati. The roof top is also worth visiting, and the night view is very good. In short, worth the price.

The apartment is big but not well Maintained. Rust underneath the bath and the kitchen utensils/pots etc are old. It would be great if they had curtains in the living area to block out the sun as the AC appears to struggle to keep up. There were not extra sheets/pillows as mentioned. It’s just very old it seems and really needs some TLC. Spotted 4 cockroaches and demanded to move rooms. They offered me free daily cleaning. The bed was comfortable though which is a plus and the area is awesome. The Wi-Fi really isn’t great. I really Struggled to have a video call. Which was an issue for my work. I searched so many air BnBs and took this one because of the size, it is super spacious which is nice. One day whilst watching TV a staff member just entered the apartment, no knock on the door just walked straight in. I got such a fright! I asked him Why he was here and he just kept saying sorry sorry sorry. Couldn’t give me an answer. I wonder now what would happen if I wasn’t here! This is a breach of my security and privacy. The host is pretty much non responsive but the staff in the place are. I wouldn’t stay here again. Overall, a massive disappointment.
