The best hotel in town. The room is so spacious and the bed is comfortable. The hotel staff is also very friendly & helpful to us. I booked two connecting rooms & we were satisfied. This hotel is new so we hope the hotel remains good, clean & good service in the future.

Very spacious family room with 2 units of queen bed. View from balcony is very beautiful. The bathroom also big & spacious with basic amenities. The pool also nice which is located at 7th floor. Will come and stay again.

Is an excellent choice for your staying in Melaka city . However the only thing that wasn’t good was the availability of towels in the room. Only one body towel was available as there was no towels for the face and feet … As I’ve stayed only one night this time wasn’t a big issue but I might request that if I would’ve stayed longer. Excellent food , smiley staff , nice view , amazing pool and very very clean!

The breakfast cafe space is good enough, but the food variety is limited. The room layout separates the bedroom and living room. There is a parking lot upstairs, but you must drive carefully as the passage is narrow. Overall, it is Good and has a Japanese restaurant and Local cafe at a nearby hotel within walking distance.

Last minute booking to find family room for my family of 7.
Room was spacious and can fit one more single bed. Big bathroom with shower. Recomended for family trip. Price is reasonable. Thanks

2nd time stay sini.. Bilik luas.. Baik dan elok.. Cuma perlu **bh cermin sbb cermin cuma ada di toilet, agk ssh nk bersiap 😅 bilik utk 4 adult tp towel cuma 2 so kena request.. Lain2 ok.. Parking byk.. Kedai pun byk di kaw sekitar.. Nxt time blh repeat lg.. Tq

I think this hotel has a management issue. Dirty toilet. Toilet not properly cleaned, hair everywhere in the room. Not so friendly front desk. They will definitely ignore u, so forget about requesting extra towels etc. Only one access card given. Balcony is locked. Don’t impress if you see this hotel from outside. Terrible service

Booked a family quadruple room for 4 adults as it stated. But room only got 2 towels 2 toothbrush 2 water bottles provided.
Found a mini croakroach in room.
Shower tap is spoilt. Whole handle drop out.
