Brilliant place to stay. Spa a gym top notch and staff very friendly. All you could need in the apar**ent is included dishwasher etc. More towels be nice but it seems to be the norm these days.

The apar**ent complex is big and offers a wide variety of sports and wellbeing services. There are a few eateries around and two big, good restaurants around with different service hours set up, which are not so easy to follow. The 2 bedroom, one bathroom apar**ent is spacious and faces the swimming pool. It was closed at the time. The kitchen is well equipped. The parking is on site and secure. This location was the base to travel around to bigger cities with a one week rental, more affordable than hotels in those cities. Reception services are offered at the Spa Center, and it was OK. It wasn’t warm, just “matter of fact”, cold. It seems that they feel is too much to do. We recommend this property if in need of a comfortable, clean place to drive around exploring the Cantabria

Nice Hotel next to big shopping center. Perfect for family traveling with car. The best was the welness water park that you can use for free. Really nice.

It's the second time we go. This time we went for 2 nights and the two-bedroom apar**ent is quite good. The only problem is that it was a bit cool. They told us that the heating was at 21 degrees. The spa is quite good, although now you have to pay 10 euros per person to enter (previously it was included in the price). The bath towels are too small, and you can hear the elevator and the train a lot, since the track is next to the apar**ents. Still, we will probably repeat if we go through that area. Next door is a fairly large shopping center, and a restaurant where there are many first courses to choose from and many main courses for a very reasonable price. The girls at the reception are very nice and the maintenance guy is very attentive and very nice.

The apar**ents have paper walls. You hear everything. The neighbors seem to be in our room. It is awful. You can't sleep. Without a doubt I will not return to this accommodation again. It's a shame because it's in a quiet place. But if you can't sleep we won't repeat.

Great base to get to know Santander. As much as 20 minutes by car to reach the center or the beaches of Santander. If we had stayed more than 4 nights, we would certainly have used the wellness of the associated swimming pool/sports accommodation. Our stay was now too short for that.
It was also handy that we could park the car at the bottom of the apar**ent complex. Not really bothered by the proximity to the airport.
Shops within walking distance.
What was missing, however, was a kettle (it was stated in your description that this would be present) and a normal coffee maker (although a percolator was present).
It would also have been useful if there was an information folder available, including sights of Santander and the surrounding area plus travel times of the neighboring bus lines and train station, including the exact location of the train station and the bus stop.
It would also have been nice if an extra towel package was available for a stay of more than 2 days and that in addition to a drying towel, a normal towel for the kitchen was also available.
