The hotel was excellent for our overnight stop in Locarno although we would have happily stayed longer. Travelling by train, the hotel is conveniently close to train station (but not so that you get bothered by any noise). The rooms are very modern, clean, well equipped, quiet and with comfortable beds. The staff are really friendly, very welcoming and helpful and the breakfast is ideal. Really enjoyed the fabulous stained glass windows and it made using the stairs (although there is a lift!) a real pleasure too.

Superbe personnel, serviable et d’une grande gentillesse. Notre séjour étais vraiment top. Super chambre, très propre et moderne. L’hôtel est calme et l’ambiance y est paisible. Le déjeuné a volonté au top ! Pas très loin du centre et parking à l’hôtel ! Je recommande !!

Just by the lake, the location is very good, the scenery is beautiful, the western breakfast is quite rich, the restaurant is on the 2nd floor, the large floor-to-ceiling glass window is the lake view, watching the beautiful scenery leisurely eating breakfast is very pleasant, no parking lot, across the road There is a parking space, free after 7 pm, one hour after 7:00, only one coin, only coin.

Hotel La Tureta is an excellent hotel. Room very comfortable with a very cosy bed. Bathroom was big enough for us. Everything perfectly clean. Good variety of products at breakfast. It's located a few minutes south of central Bellenzona, we quickly became very familiar with the #$1 and #3 busses. Staff was helpful and knowledgable. One thing we particularly liked was that we had advised the hotel that we appreciate gluten free options at breakfast; when we checked in the front desk person acknowledged our need for gluten free breakfast and indicated where the GF items are on the breakfast table. Well done! Would surely stay here again.

This place is a hidden gem in the Swiss Alps - I was invited for my birthday do spend a weekend in Vals and my wife made reservations in the hotel. The room was super modern but very ”alpen chic” stylish, the staff is very friendly and is fully focused on their guests, brunch buffet is super nice and there is almost everything on the buffet you are looking for. The SPA area is little but cozy with a very nice garden area. Since the November 2022 is everything else than chilly - we even enjoyed sun bathing in the garden. For me for sure a place to come back again.
