Another good stay at the Holiday Inn but shower in the room needs updating/renovation as edges are chipped / rusty and a couple of cracked tiles. Check-in staff as helpful as ever and always happy to help with a smile

This hotel location is very nice , it close to the centre . Breakfast is amazing and the guest service are great .

Excellent location. Just 5 minutes walking from Manchester Piccadilly Station. We could get to city center and public transportation in walking distance. The room is clean and comfortable. There is quiet enough space for two. What might be a problem is we could hear trams passing by even we stay in the 5th floor.

During breakfast, there was a Southeast Asian-looking server. I politely waved to her, indicating that I needed assistance, but she completely ignored me. However, there was a server named Erika who was very friendly and helpful.

Great location. Not far distance from the train station. No hot water all days due to some equipment issues and we get partly refunded though.

Convenient location with walking distance to shops and rail stations. Good for meeting up my cousin during term break. Will book again next term.

The location is great, it’s just a few minutes walk to the city centre. The reception is kind and friendly. But there’s stain on the cups.

Centrally located within easy access to Manchester Piccadilly. Easily walkable to all nearby spots. Very friendly staff and easy to navigate through the check in/check out process. The room was a decent size with good lighting. Bathroom was very clean. Breakfast was plentiful and they kept replenishing the items. All in all a good stay!
