A great hotel. The only thing stopping us from giving it 5 stars is the fact it was difficult to get down one side of the bed-awkward during the night. And the tea and coffee amenities are at a shared station on each floor, but it took us 3 floors to find a cup. Otherwise a great hotel in a very central location with good facilities.

Perfect budget friendly hotel. We stayed here for one night and it was just what we needed. Great location, near loads of restaurants and bars. The reception/bar area was cool and quirky. The staff were really friendly from start to finish. We got the no window king room, which had a massive bed and tv which loads of lighting. Was compact but worked well. The free coffee machine is an added bonus. Overall great experience and i’ll be back for sure

I proposed to partner here. The staff could not have been better! Initially provided us with a room upgrade and a voucher for free bottle of champagne or prosecco when I told them me and my partner don't drink they changed it for a £30 meal voucher! Shower was absolutely brilliant and one or the few hotels that actually provide separate shampoo and conditioner!! Bed was comfortable and huge tv in the room! Will absolutely stay again!!

Really nice hotel, friendly staff and managed to get us check in early despite it being really busy for the Parklife festival. Room felt like it had just had a wipeover, the bed was solid and even though we chose to book a room that had a window it was locked so no fresh air just air con which wasnt great.

Rooms were clean, quirky, well equipped and comfortable, (particularly loved the shower) and the communal areas were sumptuous in decor. The communal hot drinks facilities were a welcome eco alternative to wasteful supplies in every room. Breakfast was good value and delicious. A genuinely faultless stay, easy, efficient with a touch of luxury and very friendly and helpful staff to assist if required....special mention goes to Amy and Curdisia, thanks for your help ladies :)
