Yotel Manchester Deansgate

The hotel is in a great location for visiting O2 Victoria Warehouse (£7 in an uber or there’s a bus straight there) and is a great designed space. Breakfast was excellent (with lots of gluten free options and clearly marked allergens) and the service from all staff was phenomenal. The only thing letting it down was the cleanliness but if this was fixed it’d be a perfect stay.

Yotel Manchester was exceptional! the location was great and convenient, we walked everywhere and didn't take a single public transport while we stayed there the staff were friendly and helpful. our initial room had a leakage and they kindly moved us to another room, with an upgrade as well. the hotel provided water, coffee machine and iron. great stay overall!

My needs as a disabled person was accommodated. The manager was so kind, patient and understanding. She tried her best to give me a room thats suits my disability. The hotel is well located in the heart of Manchester. Walking distance from everything - shopping, dining, sightseeing, or just enjoying the sun. A busy street yet quiet.

This hotel is marketed in a way which portrays it be very clean on the website and photos online. But the first night we got there, it was full of drinks splatter stains on the head board which hadn’t been cleaned properly. Pipes running over our heads and making a lot of water noises whilst we were sleeping, and I honestly couldn’t sleep at all. The room was classified as a superior double bed, but crammed into a small room which was horrible. Had to ask receptionist to transfer me out to a different room and they did. The rooms could be better here
