我訂的時候價格270元一晚，訂了三晚，開了10個小時的車，夜裡10點到的。人已經非常疲憊了，進到房間裏一看，設施衞生非常差，真的全部東西都太臟了。最不能忍受的是白色的枕頭、床單、被套已經睡了變成黑色的。裡邊的設施基本都沒好的東西。連最古老的10塊一晚的招待所都不如。附近的酒店賓館名宿已經訂滿了，實在沒辦法了，衹能將就睡了一晚。

預訂有心理準備，以為衹是老舊點，看圖片哈，是乾淨，大不了就是家庭旅館嘛，春節期間能住到個乾淨的就行。萬萬沒想到比想象中還要老舊和差、破。酒店服務態度還是很好，提出床單有腳印，馬上就拿過來換，無奈是床單的老績印，洗不掉的。也不想折騰了，合衣而睡。

本着客觀公正評價:因為過年所有酒店賓館爆滿，衹有他家有房，網上訂的兩晚646元，去到以後老闆還是挺良心退了400多塊（説是網上報價高了，這點還是很贊👍🏻的）因為來之前看了評論就做好心理準備了，但跟預期還是相差太大。第一:房間衞生很差，剛進去就踩了一個小小強；第二:沒有吹風機；第三:沒有一次性馬桶墊；第四:拖鞋衹有一雙還很臟；第四:沒有提供礦泉水也就算了，連燒水壺都沒有；第六:床單被套枕頭毛巾看着就很不衞生；第七:沒有插座板，牆上的插孔也插不穩。以上評價真實可靠，僅供各位旅友參考。聽前台接待小哥説是剛剛換了老闆。

舉報芒市四海賓館欺詐消費者，房間破爛不堪，環境衞生極差，晚上照明衹有衞生間的燈是亮的，沒有熱水可供淋浴，沒有電視機，沒有電茶壺也沒有免費提供的礦泉水，更為噁心的是窗外丟有使用過的避套，而這樣的房間春節期間一晚上竟收取409元的費用，其中平台收取40元，真的黑心到了極點，丟雲南人民的臉，丟芒市人民的臉，也丟了某些唯利是圖平台的臉！

估計平時就幾十百把塊錢房費的規格。沒有礦泉水，甚至大廳都沒水。房間牆紙脱落，洗手池冷水標識貼反了，洗澡的水龍頭開關太鬆，漏水。床墊坍塌。晃了一下大廳的營業執照是12年的。剩下的自己意會吧。如果不是錯過退房時間，估計我會退房
