It's a European-style hotel. In the industrial area of Venice, it's just a business trip, and there's nothing worth mentioning about the hotel environment. The service facilities, etc., are at the level of a small hotel, but the room rate is not cheap at all, it costs 100 euros a night. The most important criticism is their breakfast, which is only full of coffee and croissants, and charges 4.5 euros. From a self-comforting point of view, it's cheaper than Starbucks, hahaha.

Sistemazione ideale per una vacanza a Venezia. Ottima posizione per i trasporti pubblici. Disponibilità di parcheggio in cortile chiuso. Camere pulite e ben tenute. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Il proprietario è veramente gentile e disponibile. Lo consiglio

Un hôtel au calme, le personnel très sympa. Qui est dans l'écoute et qui aiguille pour les transports. Chambre propre. J'y retournerai avec plaisir. Arrêt bus a 200m. Tabac pour les billets très proche aussi.

Ich habe das Hotel für kurzen Venedig-Tripp ausgesucht und bin mit der Wahl sehr zufrieden geblieben. Sehr gastfreundlicher Empfang von Stelvio, informative Empfehlungen und Erklärungen zu Busanbindung, Stadtplan von Venedig und Marghera mit Tipps. Restaurant „il Giardinetto“ ist in der Nähe und zu empfehlen. Tagesfahrkarte für Vaporetto (Wassertaxi) und Bus zu empfehlen, Verkauf in Tabakladen gegenüber Bushaltestelle. Mit dem Bus erreicht man nach 15 min Venedig. Privater Parkplatz im Hof für 10 Euro am Tag. Das Zimmer und Bad sehr sauber. Minikühlschrank vorhanden. Frühstück war auf der Terrasse liebevoll eingerichtet, das Personal kümmert sich herzlichst um die Gäste. Sehr abwechslungsreiche Frühstück mit komfortablen Zeiten 7 bis 10 Uhr. Ruhige Lage dennoch sehr günstige Verkehrsanbindung (Bus, Zug). Bei meinem nächsten Venedig-Besuch werde ich gerne hierher wieder kommen. Herzlichen Dank an der Stelle an Stelvio. Liebe Grüße, Tanja

hôtel propre et très calme. Le service petit déjeuner est très bien. Le personnel s'exprime en français. L'hôtel est à 1h de la place Saint Marc. La chambre proposée pour 3 est une chambre pour 2 où un lit a été rajouté mais plus de place pour ouvrir les valises. Le parking est très petit et les places à l'ombre sont imposées par le personnel de façon arbitraire.
