Отдыхали с 2-3.09.23 ! Очень все понравилось! Очень внимательный персонал! Хоть мы и заехали достаточно поздно, все внимание для нас!! Оплата была произведена при заселении ! Номер отличный (полулюкс) , очень уютно комфортно чисто ( белоснежное постельное белье ,полотенца) шикарная ванная комната (огромная ванна) вообщем отлично можно расслабиться после насыщенного дня!!! Далее заказывали ужин и завтрак в номер! безумно вкусно (казалось простые блюда , но видно сделано с душой) , оперативная подача с заботой и вниманием!!! Отдельна благодарность Ольге (рецепшен) девушке из ресторана (не запомнили имя) и молодому человеку ( который очень оперативно настроил телевизор) всем большое спасибо!! Рекомендуем руководству «Боярской усадьбы» поощрить ребят премией !! Они искренне это заслуживают за свой профессионализм и искренне отношение к работе!!!

В остальном неплохой отдых был напрочь испорчен травмой нанесённой массажистом отеля. Поскольку болела шея, решила сделать классический массаж (1 час за 2000 руб.). В конце массажа массажист, для которого, как, к сожалению, выяснилось только после массажа, это лишь "приятное хобби, приносящее доход", без предупреждения резко свернул шею, что привело к вывиху височно-челюстного сустава, который я лечу уже на протяжении 2 месяцев. Лечение уже сейчас обошлось мне более 30 тысяч рублей, но проблема до сих пор так и не решена. Будьте осторожны, не позволяйте дилетантам калечить Ваше здоровье. Очень жаль, что отелю всё равно, кого они берут на работу. Подаю в суд.
