Not the first time staying here and didn’t disappoint again. Fantastic location. Amazing facilities for families. Food prices well and is great. Highly recommend again

Just come back from a week's stay at thus hotel .... staff are brilliant at what they do work really hard to make sure you enjoy your stay ...they can't do enough for you. Entertainment brilliant. Rooms are really bog standard. No free WiFi when in your room have to hire for £25 a week same with the aircon you have to rent. Fridge also can be hired for £70 a week if your only bed and breakfast. Breakfast not the best eggs Turkish sausage and bread ...jams butter coffee juice also available that's it can upgrade to full English for £3. For me and my partner we felt this is a brilliant hotel for family's with children as its really noisy at night time in the hall ways. Kids running around. Two nice size pools music playing all day it's a ok hotel. In my opinion the staff make this hotel what it is .

Very nice staff make you feel welcome, great entertainment, couldn't say more about how much I loved it to be honest, we are coming back on 19/5/24 with 2 kids. For kids great play area and things to do . This is the first time iv been back to the same place twice. I acturally went last may but won't let me do that date

From arrival to leaving the experience has been exceptional, staff are so friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and tidy the staff clean every day with bedding and towels refreshed every other day. Food is excellent and onsite bar and waiters are very helpful and interactive with customers. The entertainment during the day is very good and inventive, surf football!! We went to the jewellery store on site and bought a watch, nomination charms and a few other bits, on our last night we looked again and we decided to upgrade an eternity ring, as it didn’t fit the jeweller said he can have it resized and polished by the next day. What a sparkling ring and resize very happy with the end result. Also Turkish/cuban Freddie is a very good entertainer, keep up the good work guys and hope to see you all next year.

Hi there..me and the missus arrived at 1am on tuesday 16th of april check in was easy enough and cases were taken up to the room by a young night porter the room was ample and in the attic so we settled in..after 10 mins i had to go down to get air con as was stifling with was £50 for ten nights..very reasonable i thought..we had twin beds which the misses had a connery too but hey ho oh dear what a shame... The beds were a bit hard and only one pillow which was rectified the following day...room itself was good had nice bathroom and small balcony.. The first few nights were a bit rowdy from 12am -3am with noise travelling around the atrium..some fighting with guest who were kicked out..i felt for the young familys who had to witness this and moved hotels.. Tha atrium staff were all very afable and were easy to talk to and i had many a chat with the night porter as we were both of the same age..the young lads in animation worked hard and had a decent programme of entertainment during day...darts..water polo ect. Food and drink was tasty and not to pricey and the lads n lasses were very friendly..big shout out to tolga..a handsome chap. . Yoo..laughing boy and catweasle were the main entertainment team by day and magnum p.i took over in the evening and what a fine moustachioed young gent he was and made bingo and shows a lot of fun..the drifters show is a must as it was so good we saw it twice.. Pool and toilets wete spotless and well maintain but very cold as early season..but once in was soon ok. Situated in the heart of armatulen location was great and shops and bars were only a short walk away...if self catering try the bim or sok supermarkets as we did a big shop for £19.... The watch shop was very reasonable and owner friendly and fair with his prices..hairdresser was good too tho he did try to tuck my missus up into paying twice but once i popped my head in and he realised who i was all was forgiven as we laughed about throwing him into the storm drains never to be found again... Evening times the chefs and waiters worked likes soldier ants and the ambiance was lovely and shows very good.. The only thing letting this hotel down was wifi in the rooms..non existant even out on blcony but we didnt let it bother us..cleaners were in daily with bin changes and towel changes.very good Will we be back...definately..the atrium was a good well run hotel and staff were top notch...a big shout out to the turkish bath ladies very sweet and helpful and i had a lovely time.. Just returned from a 10 night stay in the Club Atrium. First time staying, We had a fab experience. We Stayed in an apar**ent, self catering. The Rooms are basic , but very clean maintained by an excellent housekeeping team. We Paid for the air con which worked a treat. No complaints. The hotel itself is in a great location and has many places to eat end drink very close by . We recommend TGI Sergey’s and the Red rose restaurant. The staff and entertainment team are the true gems of the club Atrium. Polite , attentive , friendly and always of a sunny disposition. You can tell that they truly enjoy their work. Pool areas are lovely and the evening entertainment was of a great standard. It has a really great soft play area for children if you’re travelling with a family. Food throughout the hotel was really good too. Will definitely be returning in the future. ❤️

Fantastic friendly staff excellent entertainment for children nothing is too much for the staff who will ensure your stay is one to remember the food at the complex is wonderful with their many eating places to choose from cleanliness we couldn't not fault it had one of the best weeks stay highly reccomended
